Benvenuti a The Oasis a PGA West! Questa casa con 3 letti e 3 bagni è perfetta per una vacanza tra amici, famiglia o coppia. La pianta del pavimento è luminosa, aperta e offre molta luce naturale. Le camere sono tutte spaziose e private in quanto non condividono pareti comuni tra loro. Se stai cercando un fantastico spazio all'aperto, non cercare oltre. L'enorme cortile ha una piscina di grandi dimensioni e un enorme ponte per godersi il pozzo del fuoco, prendere il sole o ammirare le splendide viste sul campo da golf e sulle montagne circostanti.

Beautiful home with everything we needed and more! The outdoor pool area was perfect with sun and shade options! Lots of pool floats and toys provided! The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds! Super attentive host with quick response time! We will be back for sure!

Started with a reservation of a nice PGA home. Requested an early check in and was denied because of availability which is fair.
Arrived at 430pm. Owner wasn’t able to give us a mobile check in code so left the door unlocked. We proceeded to do our local grocery shopping.
Returned at 8pm ish to find the inside and outside of the home overtaken by crickets and cockroaches. It was literally a constant battle with crickets coming into the kitchen and laundry area. I must’ve killed 40+ crickets inside within an hour on our first evening.
I messaged the owner who said he would send someone out the next day. We did not have any communication with him until we departed 5 days later.
The home was very nice but the constant battle with bugs overtook the weekend. We literally killed crickets, cockroaches, pincher bugs, and clicker bugs the entire weekend within the home. The owner’s lack of response was unfortunate .
Upon checkout I notified the owner that the bug infestation continued throughout our stay. He simply said he would contact his pest control which is what I was told 7/3 with absolutely no response. Won’t stay at another one of these properties. Note: I am NEVER one to complain or leave a poor review. This was a very unfortunate show experience

We picked the hottest weekend for our visit. However, this house was perfect! The pool was amazing and great for our whole family. Plenty of pool toys and floats for everyone. Living space was large and accommodating and kitchen had all the amenities. The best part was how well the AC worked. We were never uncomfortable in the house 24/7, even though it was 113+ outside. John was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for Stagecoach and loved the location and quiet. Home was outfitted with everything we could possibly need and would stay again. John was easily reachable and communicated quickly.

We stayed here for two nights in April - weekend two of Coachella.
The house is situated in PGA West - Jack Nicklaus and the location was perfect - it was peaceful and serene, a world away from the Coachella scene. I would love to stay here for a week, just to relax and take in the landscaped grounds and golf course. Our dog loved sitting in the back garden, but be aware, that there is no fence at the back and it leads straight onto the golf course. It wasn't an issue for us, since our dog sticks to us like glue and doesn't wander far.
The house itself was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with "the basics". The beds were comfortable and the en suites were well stocked with all the necessities - shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc.
The pool was still a little cold, but I did manage a dip or two, to escape the desert afternoon heat. There are plenty of pool accessories in the garage, if you want to float away!
My only suggestion would be more blackout type window treatments! There are blinds on all the windows, but for any light sleepers (me!), the room does lighten quite quickly in the morning. It wasn't a deal breaker, just a personal thing.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

My husband, furbaby and I stayed here for about two weeks. It’s truly a great house. It has been recently updated and has a great layout with all the amenities. Very well thought out. The pool is enormous. We had no issues during our stay. We heated the pool everyday with no issues. We used the hot tub and all appliances at one point with no issue. I think all the appliances were new! Master bed was very comfortable and lots of extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. Only minor complaint is there is a lot of mud (from both rain and sprinkler system) so we felt guilty about tracking that into the house. House was all tile except for a couple area rugs so made for an easy clean up.

Perfect La Quinta Stay
Excellent property in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. It had essentials stocked which is very helpful and appreciated. The outdoor area is amazing too and was a great place to stay . I highly recommend this property!

The Perfect Vacation
This property was stunning! We would stay here again, the golf courses in the area are fantastic. The master bed was very comfortable and the backyard was a perfect escape. Would definitely recommend!!

Desert Oasis-tired but comfortable
Our stay (Mar 1-15) at Desert Oasis in La Quinta was fine. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable for us. We were two couples. The decor and furnishings are a bit on the tired side. The arm chair had dish towels on the arms to cover ripped fabric. The cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms could use an update. The rugs could be replaced as well. The kitchen was stocked well enough for meal preparation. There were some staples provided by previous guests/owner which were helpful. The fridge had too many leftover items in it such as multiple mustards and condiments, frozen broccoli in the freezer! One of each item would be enough, so perhaps a bit of editing on items left by previous guests as the fridge is a bit on the smaller side. The bbq worked well. The indoor fireplace was a nice touch but the instructions didn't help us in trying to turn it on. My husband eventually figured it out. The outdoor area was lovely. The outdoor pool was great when it was working for us. It was a frustrating experience using the pool as it appeared to be on a timer. We had communication issues with John the owner and didn't feel he was attentive enough to our dissatisfaction with our enquiries regarding the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite our frustration with the pool.

Amazing Stay
We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletry items. The view was beautiful and the surroundings were so peaceful.
The only issue we had was with the visitor list at the gate. During our stay the VRBO app was not working and I could not email the owner a list of our family that would be coming over to visit as we were in town for a family wedding. When I finally reached the owner by phone I explained that I had 4 family member that would be coming and going to help transport my elderly mom who was staying with us. The owner stated he would give list to the gate. Everyday the people at the gate would state that these people were not on the list and would not let them in until they contacted the owner. I understand and respect that it is a gated community and they were following protocol. It just made it difficult for my sister, brother and cousin to help with transporting our mom to and from wedding events.

Lovely location. Great outdoor space
My husband, 2 adult kids, and I spent 2 days at the property and loved our time in this home. There are several public golf courses in the area and plenty of options for dining as well.
Other Pros:
1. The outdoor space is spectacular. It was too cool to swim but the spa and fire pit were amazing.
2. There is plenty of room to spread out. (We had our 2 adult children with us.) The bedrooms are large. Each has its own TV and the beds were wonderful.
3. The kitchen well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and equipment for anything you wish to make!
4. The location is safe and easily accessible.
5. Communication with John was great! He immediately responded to a question we asked during our stay.
However, be advised The only downside is that this house could use a little TLC. A fresh coat of paint on the walls and cabinets, new carpet (some of it looks to be permanently stained), replacement of the master bedroom furniture, and some updated appliances would go a long way to bring this property up to the standard it deserves. Overall, a lovely stay!

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home! My family and I really enjoyed our stay - the house was everything I was looking for and the privacy and amenities of your backyard was fantastic.
Minor thing: We wanted to use the living room fireplace - December in the desert can get chilly - but it appears the mechanism to turn on the gas to the fireplace is not connected and I did not see any automatic switch on the wall near the fireplace to turn on the fireplace either.
I will definitely stay here again. Perfect location, perfect size, wonderful amenities, super-comfortable!
