Tutto ciò che riguarda questa residenza è di alto livello, di prima classe e perfettamente pulito. Con splendide viste a 180 gradi da cartolina del campo da golf del campionato del PGA National Golf Club. Affittiamo solo agli ospiti responsabili che desiderano il meglio di Palm Beach in un ambiente tranquillo e di qualità.

Completamente rinnovato nell'estate del 2019, questo residence dispone di tutti i nuovi mobili, rivestimenti per pavimenti e accessori. La cucina di design è tutta nuova e perfetta per cene private o intrattenimenti. Il materasso è nuovo ed estremamente confortevole con lenzuola e lenzuola da 500 fili. Nuova TV in tutte le camere da letto e nel soggiorno con WIFI ad alta velocità in tutto il residence. La spettacolare terrazza privata offre una vista sui campi da golf.
I camioncini o qualsiasi altro tipo di camion non sono ammessi nell'area di parcheggio. Saranno rimorchiati. Gli animali domestici che superano i 25 chili sono severamente vietati dalla comunità PGA. Se desideri portare un animale domestico, devo registrarlo e devi includerlo al momento della prenotazione. Faccio pagare una tassa per animali domestici.
Il residence si trova all'interno del PGA National Resort recintato, sede della Honda Classic sul PGA Tour. Ci sono bellissimi parchi all'interno della proprietà e ottimi ristoranti sono a pochi minuti dal condominio. Juno Beach è a 9 minuti in auto ed è una delle migliori spiagge del sud della Florida con parcheggio gratuito. West Palm Beach è a 15 minuti in auto dal condominio; percorrere la famosa Worth Avenue a West Palm Beach o in 5 minuti di auto dal Gardens Mall (al coperto e all'aperto). Il centro commerciale outlet si trova al largo di Hwy 95 ed è a soli 10 minuti dal condominio. L'aeroporto internazionale di Palm Beach (PBI) è raggiungibile in 15 minuti. L'aeroporto internazionale di Fort Lauderdale (FLL) dista 45 minuti.
Shopping, cibo e spiagge attendono il tuo soggiorno.
C'è un parcheggio gratuito all'interno della gated community accanto alla residenza. Camion o pick up non sono ammessi all'interno della comunità.

Enjoyed the stay. Place was clean, view was good of driving range in the back and they had ample supply of soap, toilet rolls etc.

Our villa was very neat and clean with all needed appliances available. The heated swimming pool was right across the parking lot and there were many opportunities for quiet walks across the beautifully landscaped property, which included course views and lakes.

The unit had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable. Worked well for a family of 5, especially with the large bunk beds in the second bedroom.

The host of this property was very attentive, we only had one minor issue and it was handled very quickly. Great stay, would definitely recommend. Located near everything and the unit itself was very well done and comfortable and homey.

Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, the spacious property is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner provided clear information and was quick to respond to questions. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Checked in at required time and the unit had not been cleaned from the last renters called property manager and had somebody over within a half hour and cleaned the whole place. The property manager called and wanted to take the living room rug out of the unit said it had to go in another unit my husband said no way. There were also slats missing on some of the windows which didn’t give us that much privacy. For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of.

The property manager was attentive & checked in to ensure all our needs were being met & that we had no issues. We would definitely return!

We spent almost two weeks at this beautiful condo and were so sad to leave. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained. Mother/Daughter Trip - Great Success!
My mom & I greatly enjoyed our time staying at this property. We came to FL to escape the cold of our home town and to celebrate a birthday. This property made our trip enjoyable with its ease, cleanliness, and location. We previously had a home in the Palm Beach Gardens area and this property was in the perfect location for us to enjoy old favorites and new finds!
