Ample parking, Clean Room, No Noise, Staff is courtious and helpful.

Property is Clean (Seems New) Near to Airport On the Main Road Staff is helpful, they helped me with my luggage, sorted my food queries and helped me book taxi. It is good for a traveller like me as I travel for work and need a quiet place and need someone local to guide.

Hotel currently does not have restaurant, but they arranged for a quick meal which is of good quality and is also nominal

Room was good, and wasn't clean much, it was Dirty had balcony which was common and we didn't even like the room

The staff and the management was very bad, they wasn't helpful for anything, i booked the room with breakfast they didn't even gave as the breakfast.

Reception didn't answer the calls at 10pm and 8am. When they picked the call (8pm), i asked them for a water bottle, they said they will send it in 5 min but didn't send it till next day. Next morning during check out at around 8 am, 2 guys were sleeping at the reception. They didn't even get up to settle the bill or to check the room. They simply asked me to use the scanner and pay the bill. Didn't even check wether i paid. I could have easily taken a TV set or something and they would not have come to know. Have a look into it.

no geyser for hot water wet floor where one of us slipped asked for water, did not get it. had to hunt for the person incharge to check out, never on the counter

nice and comfortable rooms owner of the property is good as well.

Room service guys were soo rude, we asked them for food and he replied they dont have food just order it by urself from swiggy.
