Ziv's place is located in a beautiful street in a great part of Lefkada, just steps away from the main road and the main square. He was there to check us in and give us some tips. The room was generously sized and well equipped, with a sizable balcony and good AC (very important during the summer days!). There was a coffee machine, flatware, fridge, hot plate, toaster, TV, couch and lot of surfaces and storage. Generous amount of towels were provided, along with an extra blanket. Wifi was good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Just like many old buildings, the sound proofing is not perfect. However the street itself is generally quiet and i think guests just need to be courteous with each other when occupying higher floors. Didn't really bother us during our stay!

Amazing property. Had everything you needed plus complimentary wine, water, coffee and chocolate. Very central and yet quiet. Alex is a brilliant host and so helpful and accommodating. Loved our stay and will return.

-Not sound proof you can hear the people walking in the second floor and outside - The sofa bed very uncomfortable -it has no curtains and the opposite house is 3m away - they have smart tv but not TV antenna -check out 11 am
