I booked for AC room and i paid full amount But the room ac is not working and i am sleeping in hot room complain for 3 times but still not resolve this.. Contacted OYO i am didn't getting any issue sorted

No breakfast, no hotels nearby
Room was not clean walls were full of cob webs, toilet was stinking smell when check in. The rate can be less for that class of hotel.

The living area was fine. Except all were totally disappointing
Tv was not even connected.
The bathroom door lock was missing. No hanger for towel found inside.
Walls were untidy.
The staff there asked for a higher price at the time of checking in

I booked three rooms and requested to be close together, even though there were vacant rooms in each floor they didn't provide us. There are 3 floor but no lift.No toiletries in bathroom.

I had booked this hotel for two people for two nights. The hotel isn't as described on booking.com
The common area was unclean. The room was unclean. There was no shower kit for either of us. There was only one towel. There was no hooks or bars(broken) in the washroom for hanging clothes. The toilet commode wasn't clean.
As per the booking, we had paid for breakfast as well but the hotel did not provide the service even on request. They said that they don't provide free breakfast. Overall the experience was terrible and I ended up canceling the second night.
