Casa sull'Isola di James Island, soleggiata, spaziosa e situata in posizione eccezionale con grande spazio all'aperto e servizi boutique. La casa si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di Charleston e 10 minuti da Folly Beach, con tutti i comfort di boutique hotel di fascia alta ma con molto più spazio. Bagni recentemente rinnovati, DUE soggiorni con grandi TV a schermo piatto e un sistema sonoro wireless Sonos contribuiscono a un'esperienza di lusso, perfetta per piccoli gruppi e famiglie.

The place was very nice, clean and right where we wanted to be in Charleston. The only thing I would suggest is more mirrors around the place, we struggled all getting ready with a very small amount of mirrors. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay! The back porch with comfy couch and TV was a great hangout for our teens. The backyard was wonderful, but unfortunately extreme heat and other weather conditions prevented us from utilizing it. It truly is a great space and would be such fun to barbecue and hang out in.
David and Deidra made sure we knew we could reach out to them if we needed anything, Our travel departure time was awkward in relation to the check out time and I greatly appreciated a last minute accommodation that they made per my request that really helped us out.
It's a relaxed type of space that we enjoyed and fit our needs well.

Host was very available and friendly when we had questions. Had plenty of room for us to chill out and sleep. Very clean and it was ready for us when we walked in. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed pretty nice. Overall I have no complaints it was the perfect place to stay and we really enjoyed it.

Great few days on James island!

The Ms. and I enjoy quick trips to the Charleston area. Wanted to experience it from a local's point of view. This place sits in a quiet neighborhood not far from Folly beach. It has easy access to downtown.
We love the clean, simple & functional set up. We especially loved the cool backyard grill, lighting & music. Great family room. Nice bedrooms.
So, whether your a couple of couples or a family, hughly recommend this stay.
We'll be back!!

This was a perfect place to stay! The property was clean and safe and the hosts pay attention to the little details that made our stay feel like home. They are very responsive to questions and provide an option to see what’s happening in the area while you are there. Don’t pass this one up!

We enjoyed this place so much as a family of four. Our family felt at home right away and it was perfectly located to stores, restaurants, shopping, and Folly beach. The Florida room was our favorite room for relaxing together. The property owners were great with communicating as well. We would definitely stay again!

The house was great for our family. It was well stocked and very kid friendly with a pack n play and a highchair at the house. The perfect amount of charm without too many knick knacks for the kids to get into. The bed blankets were a little thin, so you may want to bring your own if you or your kids like more of a comforter style bedspread. The kitchen was well stocked as well and appliances were nice. The only negative was that they were out of laundry detergent. It looks like the bottle may have just been finished by the previous renters. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Charleston.

Amazing trip!
We had an incredible stay at the house. It was equipped with all of the kitchen supplies/towels we needed and it was very clean. David was very nice and checked in frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Lots of room to spread out
Very shady house with lovely backyard. Plenty of bedrooms and living room and family room to spread out. Kitchen was adequate and dining area. There is a crack in the window of the master bedroom on inside pane. It was there when we checked in. Bathrooms were stellar! Laundry area and iron were appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Accommodations!
I traveled to Charleston for a quick waterski trip. The house was absolutely perfect and in a great location. It was so clean, comfortable, quiet, and cozy. It was the perfect size for my mother and I and everything we needed was provided. We loved the back TV area as we watched Netflix in the evenings. Great accommodations and great communication with David, an amazing host! I would stay here again if the dates are available for my next trip. Thank you David for providing a fantastic home for a wonderful trip.
