Unfortunately, there isn't any positive feedback I can give. The trip was a complete disaster, unorganized, and quite frankly the owner did not give any consideration to the guest. In spite of my communication with the seller regarding my arrival time, the seller did not leave us a parking pass nor did the door code they give us work. We traveled from ATL after a long day of work, only to arrive to the property and can not get in. First it was the issue with security as again seller did not leave our parking pass with them as their email instructions stated. Thankfully I had printed their email so the security guard gave us a "guest" parking pass until morning. Once we got through security (about a 30 minute process at 1 am), we quickly found Tower 1 and loaded our items onto a luggage cart to take to apartment. We get up to the apartment floor, we find the the apartment, only for the code they gave us to not work either. We had NO WAY to get into the unit. We called the emergency contact several times only to hear a recording that no voice mail had been set up. We also sent emails begging for some help. After all they got their payment of just shy of $4K in full, they knew our scheduled arrival and we were holding THEIR WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS, yet nothing worked. So at 1 am we were forced to try to find a place to sleep on Labor Day weekend as we were too tired to drive the 7 hours back to ATL.

We had NO viable instructions, no communication from owners, and we traveled 7 hours only to be left outside with no help, no way into the apartment, no one answering the emergency numbers. So much for the "EMERGENCY" number!!! Bottom line seller did not care about our stay, did not make an effort to leave the parking pass, did not ensure the door code worked. They got the $4K from me and they couldn't be bothered about the stay itself.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had excellent updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, great kitchen with plenty of seating, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, full view of pools and beach! We would absolutely stay here again! The owner was in touch daily to make sure we had everything we needed.
