It was beautiful. This was only a month after the 2 hurricanes hit the island. The condo itself has minimal damage. We were so happy to be able to visit at all. The owners made us feel so welcome by leaving AMI (Anna Maria Island) coffee mugs. What a nice gesture!

Nothing! While we were there, the pool reopened. It had been flooded along with the rest of the island.

We appreciated the unit was cleaned. In fact, the floor was still wet when we arrived. The peekaboo view of the bay was ideal for bird watching. Being on the 3rd floor, they seemed to fly by right at eye level.

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Mattress needs replacement or rotated. Pillows flat like laying on a piece of paper. Burned out light bulbs in the bathroom. Lamps that don't work. No outside lighting at night. Extremely dangerous coming home at night. Bonus to have a washing machine but it was filed with mold. Electrical outlet missing plate. Only functioning tv was in the bedroom. Simple things that would have greatly improved our stay.

I liked the code on the door, the kitchen and its utensils/pots/pans, the private shower, the decor, the tile, the AC, the sunroom and the sofa bed.

The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, one of the lamps in the bedroom didn’t work, there were no trash bags in the condo for us to use, tiny cat door on bedroom door that let all noise through, the washer was moldy in the detergent tray, the cleaning crew arrived 30 minutes early and sat outside of our door waiting for us to leave making it quite difficult to remove our items, we had to clean everything before leaving and parking was VERY tight with other vehicles around.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean . Four ladies from my family went for my daughters 18th birthday. The pool was just outside the condo and access to grocery store and restaurants were very convenient. Wish we were a little closer to the beach but we had an awesome time

Other than needing a few more rolls of toilet paper and needing to know where to take the trash it was great !!

I loved the location. Prime location to get around to all of the activities on Anna Maria Island. Inside the condo was beautiful and clean. Calm, cool colors, that made you relax after being outside.

Two TVs in the condo and I couldn't get either of them to work. I called the contact and she was willing to come out but I was leaving soon and didn't want to wait for her to stop by. Garage space was tight. I had a Nissan Sentra rental car and could fit. Anything bigger and you would have to park in visit parking.
