We loved the roominess and the location and the quiet. We loved being able to cook our own meals (not have to eat out for every one). Enjoyed listening to the birds on my patio off my bedroom in the morning while drinking my coffee.

The only complaint I have was that the "hot" tub was not a "hot" tub at all. Hot tubs should be at least 101 degrees. Ours was not even as warm as bath water. We attempted to sit in it, but ended up getting chilled and had to get out.

The location was excellent Kanab is a nice little town near plenty of hiking. Property was very clean and extremely comfortable.

Not a deal breaker but the hot tub would have been nice after a long day hiking. It was not working.

The unit backs up to the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped. it has a washer and dryer. It is conveniently located in town.

Close to all of the parks and awesome slot canyons. Also a block away from the Wave lottery.

The space was great- appreciated the layout of the condo and the proximity to the pool. There were lots of towels. We were glad to have the waffle maker, nice dining table and the tv/Roku worked well. Extra laundry detergent. We put our little toddler to bed in one of the closets they are big!

Worn couches, squeaky and unstable bunk bed and master bedroom nightstands all made it feel a little cheap. No cleaning supplies. The inside of the kettle was yucky and there was a toenail in our bed, which made us nervous about the cleaning. We didn’t have a pool key until the second evening we were there, which could have been a real bummer if random people hadn’t been willing to let us in.

It was very comfortable with everything you need when you are away from home. It was conveniently located close to town.

We were right in the middle of the Parks we want to visit. At the Airbnb also had some suggestions of places, restaurants, etc. Owner was very courtes and kept the communication easy. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again, no doubt. Thank you very much!

The manager Lee was amazing! I had to contact him with a few questions and he was available to answer me and replied quickly.
