Questa cabina è l'ideale per un weekend di pescatori a Toledo Bend. Un tempo parte dell'amatissima e rinomata Shady Oak Lodge, i pescatori e le famiglie vengono da anni per godersi questa baita rustica immersa tra gli alberi in una baia tranquilla. Oggi è dipinta di fresco con un nuovo tetto. La rampa della barca è condivisa dalle 7 cabine Shady Oak Lodge originali e disponibili per l'uso. La posizione è estremamente comoda in quanto siamo fuori Pilcher Road a Lanan Bay, a pochi minuti da Toledo Town e Tackle, negozio di alimentari, ristoranti e banche.
Questo affascinante bungalow per la pesca dorme 5! Questa capanna di pino con soffitti a volta non è solo pittoresca e ben arredata, ma ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per un weekend di pesca. Ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, frigorifero e bagno con combinazione vasca / doccia. C'è un letto completo nella zona aperta con tavolo da pranzo e poltrona reclinabile. E i soffitti a volta consentono sia un letto matrimoniale che un letto singolo su soppalchi opposti della cabina. La cucina ha tutto il necessario - utensili necessari, piano cottura / forno, microonde - tranne una lavastoviglie.
Per i pescatori, c'è un parcheggio per la vostra barca e prese esterne per caricarlo. Abbiamo anche una grande penna per cani da usare. Tuttavia, non ci sono animali domestici ammessi in cabina. E per i bambini c'è un grande parco giochi con diverse altalene e una scatola di sabbia. I tuoi bambini adoreranno esplorare i giardini!

Visita il migliorato Shady Oak Lodge, dove famiglie e pescatori vengono da anni per trovare tranquillità. Il check in è alle 16:00 o successivo il giorno di arrivo e il check out è mezzogiorno o prima del giorno di partenza. Non è consentito fumare all'interno della cabina. L'Autorità del fiume Sabine sta attualmente lavorando alla diga e sfortunatamente il livello del lago è troppo basso per utilizzare la rampa della barca. Sentiti libero di chiamare altre opzioni nelle immediate vicinanze. Grazie per averci considerato!

Exactly as advertised! Very quiet and secure area! Will definitely book again! Clean with all the right amenities! Boat ramp is pretty steep but ok for 4x4 truck with experienced launcher! The huge oaks draped in moss add to the serenity of the stay! For sure a hidden gem on Toledo Bend!

Exactly as advertised! Very quiet and secure area! Will definitely book again! Clean with all the right amenities! Boat ramp is pretty steep but ok for 4x4 truck with experienced launcher! The huge oaks draped in moss add to the serenity of the stay! For sure a hidden gem on Toledo Bend!

I want this review to be helpful to the next person who rents this cabin. I was a little disappointed. This was our first stay at Toledo Bend so we didn't know what to look for in a cabin. Pictures can be very deceiving. This cabin is veeeeeery tiny! It's a tight spot for just 2 people and a dog. It worked though for our first weekend. If you were to have more than 2 people, you would have no where to put your stuff. We literally had a walkway from the door to the kitchen area. The hot water in the shower literally lasted 3 minutes so take your showers fast and wait a while for the next person so they can have hot water. 😉 this cabin is not "on the lake" unless you have a boat. We did not have a boat so we had to fish off the boat ramp in the channel that came close to the cabin.. It was a very small area to fish in with lots of debre in the water to get hooked on. You couldn't really walk around the fishing area because everything around you was private property. We finally found an area about 10 min away that wouldn't make us pay to fish, but when we went there we kept getting hooked up on the rocks so we just gave up there too. Although our first weekend to Toledo bend didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, it was still a great weekend and we did catch some fish and had a relaxing time! We will definitely be back to Toledo Bend but for us, we will need something a little bit bigger and a bigger area to fish.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect little cabin for us. So cozy and perfect! Was nice to have the boat launch right by the cabin, would recommend this cabin to all my family and friends. Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect little cabin for us. So cozy and perfect! Was nice to have the boat launch right by the cabin, would recommend this cabin to all my family and friends. Will definitely be back!

Our Toledo Bend stay in Cabin 3
My husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay in Cabin 3. The cabin was very cozy and clean,and a very convenient drive to restaurants. Highly recommend,the Fisherman’s Grille. We had a great time.
