Delizioso cottage vittoriano vittoriano del 1897 vicino alla spiaggia, all'Hotel Galvez e al centro benessere. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, Miller's Seawall Grill, Watermelon Hut e Island Bicycle Company. 2 Blocks west è 23rd Street Piano Bar.
Situata nel quartiere di San Jac, questa struttura dispone di un parcheggio fuori strada e di un appartamento efficiente con un grande ponte esterno. Cucina e bagno aggiornati e ristrutturati. 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi al primo piano. Un bel portico grande chiuso che è la grande sala delle case. Delizioso giardino recintato. Illuminazione naturale abbondante da numerose finestre. Altri servizi includono una vasca per i piedi con artigli e un secondo bagno aggiornato con custodia in vetro.

The size of the home was perfect for our group as well as the location.
The discouraging parts were that the a/c was not working properly. We should have known something was up when there were large floor fans in each room on arrival.
We had food/snacks that had to be thrown out because of the ant problem. We ended up having to put all food items in the refrigerator. There were even ants on the dining room table Overall I’d give this a 3 out of 5.

There were two dining room chairs with wobbly/broken legs that I put in the laundry room for safety reasons. We had a toddler and my daughter was 7 month’s pregnant. There was a yellow wood outdoor chair that had 2 broken pieces of wood in the seat. I removed it and put outside near what looked to be other broken furniture. The metal bench should also be removed due to rust and wobbly condition. There were no wash clothes provided in the kitchen. Our stay was adequate for the short time spent there but would not have wanted to spend a week. Dishwasher worked but needs to be secured. Beach towels would have been a bonus if provided.

Perfect location for all the fun and relaxation a family could want in Galveston. Close to the seawall and everything the city has to offer for food and entertainment. Kids loved the hot tub and bunk beds. Adults loved the multiple TVs and other amenities. Great hosts and great stay in Galveston.

We had such a great time at this house! There were 10 of us and there was more than enough space. The home was clean and centrally located. It was a short walk to the sea wall and short drive to anything else we needed or wanted. We had a wonderful birthday dinner using the charcoal grill in the backyard and were able to relax in the hot tub. We all agreed it was a fantastic weekend and we are hoping to stay at this house again in the future.

We came from San Antonio with our family, 7 of us total : 5 adults and 2 teenagers, for a family getaway. Very comfortable rooms, fully stocked kitchen and restrooms. The apartment was ideal for the in-laws! The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and well maintained. Very cool old house and extremely comfy, love the high ceilings and large rooms. Great location and very responsive owner. We walked to the beach and pier, it’s so close. Highly recommend!!!

The house was amazing!! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax.. the apartment out back was perfect for my daughter, her boyfriend and her best friend.. its a beautiful house and we had such a wonderful time!! Thank you John for your kindness!!

We did a gamily trip at Christmas and it was a perfect spot. Great location to beach (would be perfect for summer) and the large table and living spaces made great spots for gathering. Owner was very accommodating and we would happily stay here again. Thanks for helping to make our Christmas gathering a great time!

We chose this house for my family to stay in to attend my daughter's wedding. The house was perfect for this occasion. It became "wedding central" and our family enjoyed our stay. The lovely dinning room table was perfect for the Bridesmaid Brunch. John was very accommodating! We highly recommend the property!

It was quaint and just a few blocks from Ocean. Quiet neighborhood; back yard gated & private - was nice for kids to play with their shells.

The house was beautiful fit everyone that was with us. But there was some issues with bugs, not all TVs had remotes so you couldn’t watch tv in some of the rooms, we had to buy our own trash bags, the house was not cleaned and the AC stopped working it was so hot we all had to buy fans.

Just finished our stay here with my husbands whole family (9 adults and 2 kids). The location was amazing, can walk to the beach and only a 10 min drive to the strand. House was perfect size for all of us. The owner of the house was very responsive!

The house was beyond wonderful. It was exceptionally clean and decorated very nice, very spacious I love everything about this house and will be using it on my next vacation.
