Convenient location to wal-mart and local eateries, and great location for a walk to the beach.

The unit was at the very top of the stairway, we found out about the steps (3) days prior to traveling. We arrived on Sunday, tried the washer/dryer on Tuesday, the dryer was broke, had to use a public laundromat to wash/dry clothes. To empty the trash you had to traverse (3) flights of stairs.

Has a glass table with chairs on the deck with a huge umbrella. The apartment was clean and beds slept great. Short walk to beach but not located near the side walk which gives extra privacy.

Unfortunately it had an small electric grill that had not been cleaned in a while that came with charcoal(?). The sofa was dingy and is the only place sit since the chair was filthy, had a small hole in the arm and was wet before we arrived and never dried. Reported to contact which is also the cleaning service, never got a reply. Contacted the management group about the WiFi, since no instructions were available, no help there. Owner was nice enough to reach out with the information. All in all, still a great little place to stay!

Location was great & quick trip across street to the beach. It was great having access to chairs, beach umbrella,etc in the cabinet outside.

The first bedroom my son said mattress very uncomfortable & everytime he rolled over it squeezed & woke him up. Need to have a dish towel along with the dishcloth. Outlet outside didn’t work.
