The location was perfect and it was clean and quiet

You had to remove your shoes and the tile floor was very cold and hard. You had to wash and put away the dishes before leaving with no dishwasher. This makes me question the sterilization of the dishes I was eating off of. I don’t understand how stripping the bed helps anyone.

The place was very nice. Fully stocked except for shampoo. (Glad I brought my own, just in case) The jetted tub was perfect after a long day of hiking!!

I was somewhat disappointed that I was charged a cleaning fee, but I was still expected to strip the bedding and take out the garbage. Not a big deal, but, $120 cleaning fee for that tiny place is a bit much. Also, it is not as close to the beach as represented. The ladies in the other cabin also agreed on both of these issues...

Small shower area. Instead of tub it would be nice to have a couch. Chairs were uncomfortable. Couch or loveseat would be nice.

cabins were nice and clean.

the outside was not clean. it was not like the advertisement, pictures had 3 picnic tables only had on which was old and broken, had weeds all over had to pull weeds around the fire pit before we could sit around it. all solar lights did not work even the lighted cabin letters were rusted and lights didn’t work, main flood light on cabin B was rusted and burned out. cabins outside had spider webs all over and was dirty. one thing in cabin A was the top of the washer and dryer were filthy.

It’s a perfect location to walk to everything in downtown Long Beach within a couple of minutes. All of the basics are there for you in the rental.

A few small things, burnt out light bulbs and the electric fireplace heats but the flames don’t work. really they are minimal and didn’t change the feeling that we love this little studio and will definitely stay again.

no breakfast included. Liked that it was quiet and relatively private.

Hideous loveseat in cabin. Hard to sit in and very uncomfortable. Should be replaced as there is really no where else to sit and relax except the bed. The room REALLY needs a area guide and a tv guide that are current.
