Davide was a fantastic host. Met us when we arrived and showed us where things were. Room is large with a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. Bed was very comfy. Shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was croissant, bread and yogurt which is served in the bistrot.

There was nothing at Tui beds.

The room and the bathroom were simple but very clean and well maintained. A nice balcony is also available. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Host and staff are very friendly and do their best for a pleasant stay. We really recommend the place for overnight stays.

Very welcoming owner. We arrived late and he was perfect with that. Very friendly. The room is comfortable, the bar the owner has looks good. We were however only on a one night stop: arrived late and left early.

the property was fresh and nicely decorated, minimalist but had everything needed. Room was clean and bathroom was very spacious as well as the terrace. Even tho there was no parking on site there was plenty free parking places on the street. The walk to town is only 15-20. Davide, the owner, was really really nice and happy to give us an advice of how to get around Arenzano or best places to eat. We are definitely coming back again as it was super value for money

The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious, including the breakfast.

The location as it is up the hill far from the sea and the center of town. However, I new this when I book it and all the good things compensate for it. Also, there is a bus that goes to the center literally at the door of the accommodation.

Very bad experience with Tui Beds! I have booked this hotel about a month ago. I wrote clearly on the special requirement that I need a quiet room. But when we arrived the hotel around 13:00 (lunch period time), they gave us exactly the very noisy room, which is next to the kitchen. It is not possible to have a rest with such big noise. So we tried to communicate with the owner, but he couldn’t change us to another quiet room since they have only 3 rooms, the other 2 rooms have already occupied. We also tried to communicate with booking.com, but booking.com pushed us back to the owner again. I talked with the owner again, he finally agree to give only half of my payment back. We decide anyway to leave the hotel immediately since the owner said the noise will be finished around 1:00 o’clock at dinner period.

Part of Tia Bistrot, wonderful host in David, arrived day Bistrot closed and he came to open for us, recommended great restaurant close by, next night had a fabulous meal at Tia Bistrot, and the wine list was larger and more extensive than 4 star restaurants at much better prices for great wine. David also speaks 6/7 languages. Good breakfast

Small but practical room, only 3 rooms, parking on street or in lot across the street, small sign easy to misss, call for directions

We were driving from France to Italy and chose this place for a bed and breakfast - a place to sleep, have breakfast and continue our ride. The place was perfect for this goal. Just 1 km from the highway with lots of free parking, we came, checked in, slept, had breakfast, and back in the car. Practical and convinient.

We were 2+1 but the hotel missed it and gave us a room with a double bed. They had no solution for us so the three of us slept in the same bed, which was wide enough if only the kid didn't kick me the entire night... Also, the sheets were a bit dirty, but when contacted the manager they immediately came to change them despite the late hour, so I'm not sure if this is something I liked or didn't...

Our room was excellent, but even more impressive was the fabulous meal at the co-owned Tui restaurant next door. It was a night to remember.

Great place to stay! The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and had an awesome terrace. This hotel has everything you need! convenient on street parking, and very close to the port. The owner is very pleasant and helped us find a great place to have dinner. The breakfast from the hotel was delicious too. Will definitely be staying here again if we’re ever back in the area.

The owner was fantastic nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was brill overall one of the best places ive stayed in in a long time.

The room was spacious, new, very clean. So was the bathroom. The bed was great! Big and good mattress. I Slept well. No noise from outside. Nice, calm balcony. Breakfast was good, everything fresh and sweet. Davide, the owner, was very kind and helpful. I really have nothing to complain.

Frankly, the hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but sometimes you mustn't judge a book by its cover! The street, the area, was nothing special. Not bad, not good.

Davide, the host, was excellent. Friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. Everything was as it should be. Dinner was excellent.
