WE made our own!!!

Contact with the property since we left. The number on the site is no longer connected to the Cottage. I left some clothes that I should like back but have had ZERO response to email,. and have been unable to make contact.

We loved the cottage itself, the decor was lovely and it was very clean and comfortable. The cottage was very spacious and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Loved the bathroom and the shower was amazing. The location was perfect for lovely walks along the lakes in the forest opposite the cottages. The hot tub was also a lovely touch. Thank you we enjoyed our stay 😊

We read a lot of reviews about how lovely the hosts were but we didn't actually see them once. Also most guests raving about a welcome pack! We didn't recieve one. The tea bags were not great either so lucky we took our own. We were a little disappointed with the rear outside area. Most lights weren't working and it looked a bit run down compared to the amazing internal upkeep. Also the settings on the tub too, there were no options for bubbles it was just two basic settings one of which you couldn't feel. We were probably being picky about the hot tub tbh but we've been in better ones. It's also a shame that the walls are so thin. We were woken up by a child next door to us and as we were on a break away from our own children it was a bit frustrating.

The back garden and facilities were very good and nice view of farm

Lounge TV was temperamental

Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, quiet, private. Well equipped with everything we might need, & well thought through. Very comfy bed. And a bonus of rescued goats & donkeys in paddocks to view from the hot tub.

lovely little place to stay for a couple very clean and tidy the hot tub was lovely and was fenced in so you wasn't seen by the people next to you

nothing everything was great just was hard to find when we arrived at the satnav takes you to somebody's home.

Good location for visiting the new forest, lovely and quiet on site and was nice to see the animals that lived there on the farm.

Exterior upkeep around the hot tub felt a bit forgotten compared to the beautiful interiors! Neighbours hot tub was not much more than 2 metres away, there was a fence in between. we had no neighbours but I feel it wouldn't be very private if we had, especially if either party had music or loud conversation!

The self check in is not what I expected for a young couple just literally married. I contacted them ahead of the stay to ask them to do something special for the couples arrival and was told they would ‘see what they could do’, which was actually nothing. This was their only honeymoon and they lost a whole day due to the state funeral for HM QEII. If it was a question of money I would have rather they said. I did contact them by text to give them a right to reply and was told the message would be passed on and they would reply. They didn’t. I was devastated for the couple as they have had so much taken from them and they didn’t ask for or expect much and I just wanted it to be extra special for them on arrival, petals, candles, something bubbly, but nope, didn’t happen.
