This home is newer and very well kept. Was clean, plush bath towels, quality paper products, coffee and some snacks left for us as well. Kitchen well supplied, and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Walking trails, safe area, and friendly people in town. Deltaville Maritime Park has music events, farmers market museum and walking paths one block from house. The Host is very kind, helpful and responds to questions quickly. Enjoy!

The Cottage was so cute! We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for an extended stay. This cottage had everything we needed plus a great deck for morning/afternoon coffee. Thank you again for a great stay!

This cottage was 1 of the most efficient, well-appointed, and comfortable vacation homes we've ever stayed at. The hostess had everything one would need plus extras, including snacks and coffee/accessories. She checked in on us by email, to be helpful but not intrusive. The cottage exterior landscaping is lovely and offers options for outdoor seating/dining, etc. The cottage is conveniently located near eating places in town, and the hostess has an info book that includes recommendations. This place is perfect for 1-2 people, and is a good home base for Middle Neck and Northern Neck areas.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. It was just perfect. We have always wanted and needed a place to stay in this area, so we were thrilled to find this gem. It was everything we had wanted and more. The perfect size for two adults. It was modern and tastefully decorated with all of the amenities we needed. We've already booked a second stay and will be booking many more! Thanks for providing all of the comforts of home. It was amazing!

We stayed just one night but the comfort and location of the Teeny House made us wish it had been longer. It's perfect for 2. The towels, bed and the bed linens are especially noteworthy. The kitchen has a full rack of spices. So well appointed, it was like a luxury hotel room, but better.

I was extremely surprised that the teenie weenie house was very spacious. Very clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of supplies and small appliances and the extras (snacks, water, coffee). There is a deck with patio furniture not featured in the pictures, so that was a great surprise as well.

Lisa is an amazing host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay. The Teenie Home was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. It was in a great location! We will definitely be returning!

This cute tiny home was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. We had absolutely everything we needed, and the location was perfect for the wedding we attended nearby. Highly recommend!

Perfect for one person or a couple who plan to play at the Chesapeake Croquet Club, tend to a boat, or explore the area. Description and photos are accurate. When Hurricane Ian passed by the little home was cozy and dry. The air conditioning and air purifier were a delight for anyone with allergies. Deltaville Market had everything we needed for breakfast. We walked to Deltaville Marine Tap & Bar for local seafood dinners. Make time to walk to the Deltaville Museum and learn about the fascinating history of the area.

Absolutely Wonderful
This property truly was wonderful. If you need to stay anywhere on the Virginia side of the Chesapeake Bay, stay here. The cottage is a great place to be your "home base" while visiting the area. Lisa has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Staying in a teeny house
We enjoyed our stay. We expected to have individual internet
connections and the TV was difficult to use. Maybe more information on TV usage and explain that the internet connections comes from the bigger house. We stayed 22 days where most people probably would stay a week so we found not having a washer & dryer available an inconvenience and short of storage space for a long stay such as we did.
For a week vacation the property is perfect.

Perfect for 2
We stayed in the smaller of the two houses and it is perfect for 1 or 2. Very well decorated, super clean new and functional, everything you can ask for in terms of amenities (very fast and stable wifi for those needing to checkin on work, plenty of BW to hold high quality video conferences etc) and the owner goes above and beyond with providing coffee, tea (cream and all sorts of sugar etc) snacks, popcorn,, etc etc.
There is a nice size deck in back of the house, perfect for a morning coffee or a proper meal (they have a grill you can use). Great communication with owner, easy checkin easy checkout - will certainly return if we are in the general area again and will recommend to friends and family.

This was a great tiny house with a nice layout. Out away from everything but close to what you need. We had a wonderful 4 day weekend and hope to go back in the future.

We have young children and never get any alone time or time to get away together. We just stayed a weekend but it was the best peaceful relaxing little place that was only 30 min away so we weren't too far incase of emergency. We will definitely be doing this again and I suggest other locals stop looking to go far away when paradise could be right around the corner.

It is so amazing outside (pleasing to the eyes. When we came in WOW. words can't explain - we feel the love of the person who created this little house. Homey, convenient, excellent amenities, great wi-fi connection and most of all it is so comfortable. the setup is so perfect. definitely highly recommendable to all

what a great little place!!
A wonderful property!! A well-appointed kitchen (we cooked dinner and breakfast there), comfortable living space, nice deck and good protection from road noise were all very appreciated. You're right in Deltaville, so this makes a perfect home base for running around Virginia's Tidewater region. We did the Urbanna Oyster Festival, Deltaville stops, Irvington, Kilmarnock and Good Luck Cellars (nice juice!) within an ~hour's drive of the property. Highly recommended, we'll be back!!

Perfect for the bridal party
This was a perfect location for the bride and her bridesmaids to spend the eve of the wedding and for wedding day preparation. Not to mention the close proximity to the venue (Deltaville Maritime Museum).

I’ve been communicating with her for several months to ensure that her rentals would work for our wedding weekend at the Deltaville Maritime Museum. (They could not have been more perfect, btw.) The bridal party spent the night before the wedding, then used BOTH of Lisa’s cottages (Teenie is right in front) for hair and makeup on the wedding day! Getting ready at the cottages was a cozy, fun, comfortable experience.
The cottages themselves are carefully crafted with decor and also functional items. It was like Lisa had literally thought of everything - a tray full of keurig coffee pods, bedside nightstand fans, electrical sockets with multiple plug-in’s and so much more. The beds and pillows were heavenly too.
I hope to stay at one of Lisa’s properties again!!! Highly recommend.
