Shabby , smelly and over all not value for money !!
The double room smells of urine near the window and also the twin room nearest the sea.
On booking.com site it says WI-FI throughout but the owners advised Internet is on request but when requested it on arrival we were told we had to request in advance and
all dongles are in use else where but might get one tomorrow ( we are only here for 2 nights)
We came back to the caravan at teatime
to find a maintenance man letting himself into the caravan ? ?
Perhaps we could have been warned as I spoke to both owners today about the internet and neither mentioned it.
He is returning tomorrow to fix the shower rail
When I text the owners they advised the maintenance crew hadn’t told them ??? I understood this to be privately owned not by Park Dean ?
Single bed mattress slips off the bed as the Mattress is too big for the base
I awoke at 5.30 to a scratching sound in the double room and have now booked different accommodation for tonight !!
We will not be staying here for a second night .

Close to beach, easy checkin, quick communication from host. Clean property with plenty of room for 7 of us and the dog. Good facilities.
Took us a while to work out how to use the hob, instructions could be helpful tool

An easy way to find and enter the caravan
The single beds were uncomfortable as both myself and sister in law could feel the springs in each of our separate single rooms.However my brother said the double bed he used was comfortable.

The accommodation was well presented and clean throughout.
It was sited on a site with good facilities and close to the beach. Parking by the caravan.
A couple of fans wouldn’t go a miss on a hot day but very little else to complain about.

I really liked the lay out inside, the chairs outside was helpful and the location of the property. Nice location for kids right on the beach lovely site and lots of ducks to feed. Fairly easy to find and host is excellent at letting you know exactly how to get to the location and answered all question I had before I asked.
The TV had a few problems the HDMI port on TV didn’t work and the controller plays up maybe need some new batteries or a new remote control.. also not happy that they boast free wifi but you actually have to pay for it so had to use my phones hotspot for my children.

The stay, site and host were absolutely spot on. Allowed for our old dog to have a lovely stay at the beach and made sure everything was spot on. Would definitely stay again. The cleaning appliances left meant we could have a good clear round before leaving, beds were a little bit lumpy but acceptable for a 2 night stay. Thanks for letting us have an invaluable weekend with our old pup.

good location, we originally booked for an earlier weekend but our event was cancelled, the owner kindly moved are reservation to the weekend of the 14/15 October which was good if them.
property is old fashioned, smells damp and dusty,on arrival boiler did not work… once the boiler worked then 3 radiators did not work… two lights were out, one in entrance and the other in the bathroom to the main bedroom. Called the owner and she said that she would sort things out the next day, but after complaining sent a handyman round, by the time he got there we decided the property was not fit for purpose.
I feel that if you are going to charge almost £300 for a stay then the property should be checked before clients arrival.

Showers were good and hot. Heating works - radiators. Well equipped.. nice quiet spot on site..
The single beds are uncomfortable you can feel the springs through the mattresses. Double bed is good...

The location was great, really near the beach.
We did not meet the staff as everything was remote. The site was well maintained.

WiFi was not available in caravan. (No WiFi code in the information folder, )Not a lot of information on things to do in area. No clothes airers or pegs available for beach towels after swimming .

bathrooms not clean enough especially at the base of the shower doors. en-suite bathroom floor leaked

3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, clean , included washing items and tea towel , bath towels , beds made up and so easy to contact owner. Excellent location on a lovely park . Will definitely stay again
