property location is center around major highway.

the only thing I will say is the master bathroom vent was covered in dirt. This is a easy fix with the cleaning crew..

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to a useful freeway for most our daily destinations. It was great having a gas station a couple of blocks away too! The home was very clean and I would agree that "cozy" is appropriate.

What we didn't like but we could live with are 1) At least one room had little spiders and flying gnats-like insects which appeared usually when we turned the lights on. 2) Also, we were short in the availability of soap and toilet paper which we ended buying. 3) For a Mgmt that left a sign basically stating to keep it clean, they didn't provide any paper towels which are usually available suites with a kitchen. 4) We spent all of our time in the dining room because the main TV (unlike the bedrooms and hotels) in the family room wasn't hooked up to cable so no live sports, news etc. 5) We asked for an early check in. Mgmt said yes if no one rented it prior to our visit. When we got there about 2pm, it was vacant...no one was there. They still had us wait till 4pm. We could have shopped but had to wait till we had access to a refrigerator. 6) The dishwasher didn't appear to be properly installed....the dish trays would fall out. In our stays at a hotel suites, we think we would could have these issues readily resolved. Having laid these out and while cozy home was quite livable, if these issues didn't exit, our rating would be higher. Also, we point these out recognizing that tolerances are subjective (but we don't have these concerns in our residence).

very modern and clean looking. the shower was great!! the parking and location was great. the TV was great.

the smell of the home and the laundry detergent was clean but too overwhelming and gave us a headache. there were no paper towels.

I really liked my stay at this place. The location was super centric to all the things I had to do. The house is super cozy while modern. It had parking places in front of my house. I’m a clean freak so I really liked that the house is decorated all white because I could actually see how clean it was. It also has a beautiful garden where I enjoyed my morning coffee in peace. The host was amazing, very attentive and responsive she made my stay even better. Would actually go back with my eyes close. 100 points in every aspect I can.

I came back here!! I felt in love with this house the first time I was and now I came back to Miami and I could enjoy it again. The location was great for the airport & driving to locations around Miami. The rooms were a decent size & showers good.

It was very noisy due to the location near a main road & petrol station. The air conditioning system was really noisy when it was on but if you didn’t have it on at night it was really hot & you couldn’t open the windows.

I loved how clean and spacious the home was. Much bigger than I expected and had everything you could need, including hygiene kits! The host was wonderful and responded quickly. Everything listed was on the property and had the most comfortable beds as well! Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Loved the backyard, especially the covered patio and bar!

All of the white decor made the place kind of sterile…a museum feel.

I loved it and the location was everything nice neighborhood and quiet.
