This apartment is wonderfully located and very clean. Urtune contacted us ahead of our rental date to provide information and parking. She met us at the apartment on New Year's Eve to give us the key and quickly answered texts when we had questions about the apartment. The free parking is a great addition! Our only complaint about the whole trip was that the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but that's a personal preference. Thanks for a great trip, Urtune!

We enjoyed staying here very much. The location was great, and the apartment was exactly as described, if not even better. Some of us found the mattresses quite hard, and the TV did not work well. However, overall these were minor issues, as we wanted to see Granada, and this location was perfect for that. Host was punctual, parking was good (and close) considering the location in central Granada. Would stay here again.

This is a spacious, bright, and clean apartment that is an easy walk to several good bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the Alhambra from here. Urtine is a great host. We enjoyed being able to do some laundry in the middle of a two-week trip. There was some nighttime noise from the street and stairwell, but it didn’t last long. The beds and pillows were much more firm than what we’re used to, but otherwise this is a good spot.

More often than not, the online photos look better than the apartment. In this case, the apartment blew us away!!! Fantastic, beautiful, newly renovated, chic, well appointed, well stocked, and very thoughtfully laid out apartment with lots of natural light and in a very nice and welcoming building. Everything worked well - appliances, bathrooms, showers, appliances, air conditioning. The Alhambra and Sacromonte are ~ 30 minute walk away. The Genil River and passeo is about 4 minutes away. The Coivran supermarket is about 3 minutes away, and the Carrefour about 8 minutes. If you want [IMHO] excellent and authentic churros/porras - ~ 10 minute walk to ¡Que Porras! Urtune was amazing - before, durung, and after our stay. She met us onsite - that was a very nice personal touch. We loved Granada and when we come back, I would absolutely stay here again. Our best VRBO in Spain! Highly recommended! Thank you, Urtune!

Spacious, light and clean corner apartment with balconies in a convenient location to enjoy all that Granada has to offer. You can walk everywhere - though it was a hot walk up to the Alhambra! Urtune was very helpful at every stage & checkin and out process was straightforward and parking was fine and secure. Having two shower rooms & a washing machine and dishwasher was great with 5 of us. We only stayed a couple of nights - we thought it could be limited for cooking if you were there longer - best to go out to try the numerous fab options available! Though as others have said some wine glasses would be a welcome addition 😊

The apartment is fabulous. Very spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our visit to Granada. All 3 bedrooms were a good size, and both bathrooms were huge with big walk-in showers. The location was phenomenal. Within walking distance to all of the attractions in town and close to restaurants and El Corte Ingles. The parking was close by and easy to get to. Urtune was very nice and accommodating, helping us with alternate directions to a spot nearby the apartment where we didn't have to drive on the narrow streets directly in front of the building. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Granada.

The condo was spacious and clean, but had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable as well the pillows.

Modern newly renovated apartment in great location. Host was super helpful and responsive. Only thing I would improve is having softer pillows available. The mattresses were ok but could be better. Overall a great experience.

The apartment is pretty and nicely decorated, lots of light from well-placed windows. The kitchen has the basics of what you'd need to cook meals, though we chose to eat out. The clothes washing machine came in useful, great to have. The apartment is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood near busses that can take you wherever you need to go. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, as well. Urtune was a great host and checked in on us to see how we were doing. I inadvertently caused a communication snafu on arrival day, yet she was very gracious about it. I liked this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

We had amazing two days in Granada. 1) the communication with the landlord for very efficient and quick replies. 2) the flat is modern and very comfortable. Having two bathrooms for our family of 5 was great. 3) landlord was very flexible to make our stay easy. 4) having access to a car park 5 min walking distance was very convenient. . If we come back to Granada I would book the same place again. I really recommend it.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of all of Granada's activities. Plentiful dining choices just a short walk away, and a good night's rest when you're day is finished. Our family of 6 appreciated the two full bathrooms and lounging space.

We had wonderful time in Granada. Urtune is very thoughtful, considerate, and responsive. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is a big plus with four of us traveling. The unit is as shown in the pictures. The building feels very secure and the location was perfect for us. The building is nestled among the narrow, alley-like streets near the river so if you are looking for panoramic views, this might not be best for you. But, if you are looking for a real, neighborhood experience in a fun barrio that is accessible to nearly everything you might want to see or do on a short visit, this is a wonderful location. If you are driving, parking was included although it is a few blocks from the apartment. Nonetheless, it is a pleasant walk to the public garage which is well-lit and had ample spaces. Also, if you have a larger car, I would advise not attempting to drive down the very narrow streets as they can be a bit tricky. With regard to the unit, it has nice sized rooms and adequate places to store clothes and suitcases. The appliances are all very good and easy to operate. The bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated as seen in the photos. If you prefer very soft, pillow-top mattresses, you may find the beds a bit harder than you like. Although they are more firm that we are used to, we slept very well. There are exterior blinds which you can operated easily by hand that essentially "black-out" the bedrooms so you are not awakened by the morning light. There is occasional street noise from people heading home late from the bars and clubs or from a passing motor scooter but that is likely true in every neighborhood in Granada. The unit is remarkably quiet for its location. Urtune was especially kind in assisting my oldest daughter get settled in the unit as we were late arriving from Madrid. My daughter has been studying in Granada this semester and she, too, enjoyed the location and our time in the apartment. Many thanks to Urtune..

The apartment was exactly as described, clean and convenient to restaurants and transportation. The two bathrooms provided plenty of access for larger groups (we only needed one of the two), and both the building and surrounding neighborhood was clean and relatively quiet. The owner communicated well and was responsive. It was a delight, and we recommend this location to those seeking a nice place in Granada!

This apartment was the best one in a month long visit across Spain. It was walkable to everything and the apartment was new, modern and spacious. The parking was about a 10 minute walk from the apartment but that worked for us so we didn’t have to navigate the narrow Centro streets. We parked first and walked with our bags. We would definitely go back.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the apartment. The host was very accommodating, the property was clean, and the location was perfect.

Very nice spacious apartment. Great location near vibrant plaza, restaurants, shops but on quiet side street. Very clean and well equipped. Grateful to thoughtful host who waited for us when we were delayed checking in by late train and slow public transportation from taxi strike.

Our stay was great. We were living inside the community and living it. The people were all very nice and helpful. All the restaurants were great and very close to hop-on hop-off city tour bus. Very convenient. Would do it again.

Everything went smoothly and the apartment was great. If you miss the garage making a loop to get back is not easy - it was an adventure. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Having a washing machine that could dry too was nice. It was a great place and centrally located.

El apartamento es tal y como aparece en la descripción. Estaba muy limpio, cuidado y con una ubicación estupenda. Además la plaza de parking facilita mucho la movilidad dentro y fuera de la ciudad. Urtune estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. Un verdadero encanto. Sin duda recomendamos una visita a Granada con base en su casa.
