Close to everything and a nice neighborhood.

Good house in a nice neighborhood, as advertised. Very clean. The only issue for us was that the rolling bed frame for the extra bed was broken, so we had to put the mattress on the floor. But it wasn't a big deal. Would stay again for sure.

Excellent location for baseball tournament at Lakepoint. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Nicely decorated, convenient double carport, decent amenities, quiet/private street. Although the double bunk bed room is an awesome idea and super fun for the kids, the metal bed frames creaked with every move. Otherwise a great stay, would likely book again.

Loved the place for our baseball tournament in LakePoint Park, it is just 10 minutes away from the baseball fields. WIFI was fast, It had Roku's on all TVs and the place was really comfortable and had all the extras needed to be able to cook, do laundry and enjoy our stay. The host was really quick responding to us. Recommened 100%

Great location for our baseball tournament. A quiet neighborhood with a nearby park for running. The coffee bar is awesome! The host was quick to respond with questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great home to stay and very comfortable. The house was convenient to the Booth Museum and other areas of interest. The owner was very responsive when contacted...one suggestion would be to have a notebook with WIFI password, suggested places to eat etc that are found in other VRBO's...Highly recommend this place!

Cute house, clean and pleasant. Two bathrooms, 3 rooms. Floors throughout main house, with spacious kitchen and a Keurig! Great communication with host. The area/neighborhood very quiet at night, clean and very safe. Even spotted a family of deer at night.. very cute. Car port perfect for car, since it rained, it was perfect.

We were in Cartersville for our nieces wedding. We had 5 adults. The house was clean and stocked with about anything you would need. I reached out to the host a few times with questions and he responded almost immediately. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Cartersville.

Your site came from a family member who was very impressed with the site they had stayed at. As a first timer to VRBO I didn’t feel comfortable with how the process worked; like checking in, we could not get into the rental and had to locate the email that was sent to me when I first reserved the site. We could not contact anyone on the VRBO website, there was not a phone number in case of an emergency or to help us, I was able to find the first email and I am so thankful Don Boss got back to me quickly. The rest of our stay was good.

My family was happy to find this house as we were visiting family within one mile. Communication was quick, helpful and informative with the owner. The home was large enough and on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice and had most of everything we needed.. The property is very close to downtown Cartersville, which is very cute and had great restaurants.. We recommend the Cellar for dinner..

We enjoyed are stay as the last time. i highly recommend this property is great!

Everything about this house is perfect. The decorating is immaculate. There is nearly everything needed to cook with and plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds were super comfortable and everything worked just like home. The only small complaint would be that we weren't sure what would be there and there were no instructions on Wi-Fi or what to do with bedding. A listing on amenities on the posting would help and just a print up left at the house on simple information like Wi-Fi codes and what should be done at checkout would keep people like me from bothering the owners too much :) For those wondering: There are plenty of towels The coffee pot is a Keurig -- so be prepared. A few pods were provided but we drink a ton of coffee. We left a reusable filter there-- so hopefully that helps. There is a charcoal grill (we brought a small gas one-- would have saved on packing space had we known) There is an additional roll out bed The master bedroom bed (main picture) is pretty high-- so keep that in mind if you have disabilities. There are a lot of quilted blankets for those chilly nights. The dog LOVED the large yard and it really helped get some energy out running up hill to fetch. There is a very nice park about 1/4 mile away with good walking trails and sports fields/courts. Perfect walk for the dogs. Rod was VERY quick to get back to me on questions and it is a great host. We appreciate everything and will definitely rent again when we are in the area.

Overall house was in good condition and met all our needs. There was alot of ladybugs around, which happens in that area during that time of year apparently.

When we fist got there, it was beautiful outside! As we are going inside, we realized just how big the house was. It fit our large family and was really close to the relatives we were there to see. The yard was nice, and it was just a really awesome place to be.

The rental was within minutes from my niece new home, and was in a very good location
