Perfect location near Maroochydore Ocean Street, facilities were clean and included everything needed for a great stay.

There was no aircon in the second room so it was very hot and stuffy in middle of summer. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Good location, adequate size with outdoor patio. Easy access and parking.Everything seemed to work.

Beige and bland apartment .no decorations whatsoever. The only colour was on the fridge energy rating sticker. I guess it's normal around the area but scuttling cockroaches are annoying.

Staff were kind and helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean. Pool was great. Comfortable bed and they attended straight away to my request.

Walking distance to everything, with restaurants and shopping centre only one street over. Beautiful apartment with everything needed. Felt extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again and recommend for sure.

With a family of five, we loved the space of the 3 bedroom apartment. We didn't realize the kitchen, dining living, and outside deck areas were going to be so much space. The view was amazing from the living and deck area over looking the water (estuary). Views out of the two end bedrooms were amazing too of the mountains in the distance.

The entry door into the apartment is really heavy & hard to push open.

Do not trust the photos on the website. There’s always that room that you risk getting that’s the worst of the worst. If you book with this mob, be prepared to have the possibility of having an extremely average unhygienic room

The cleanliness and hygiene of the room that we had was absolutely disgusting. I’m sure it would’ve been cleaner at the local halfway house, After, numerous complaints and hours and hours and hours of being ignored I was finally spoken to the next day. I requested a refund and got half my money back and will move to a different room which was an acceptable stand, I really don’t understand why businesses these days can’t get the basics right? It’s just incredibly frustrating for a consumer to have to cop the un cleanliness and unhygienic rooms

Location was probably the best aspect as it was walking distance to the Plaza and restaurant district. However not so close to the beach! Size of living area in 2 bedroom apartment was good and allocated parking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very small.

On the surface it looked clean, but with a closer look it was not cleaned well. From mould in the bathroom tiles to blood stains on walls and stains on curtains. The shower had NO water pressure and constantly went from hot to cold. Made showering longer and painful. Bathroom and bedrooms are very small. Pool area is not a practically designed area. Pool is raised and away from lounges etc. Wasn’t an area where you could hang. Pool was dirty.

Great location, easy check in and good sized apartment, unfortunately that's where the highlights end.

The apartment was rather dirty. Floor was covered in fluff, visible greasy finger prints over the kitchen cupboards and bench, plates/cups/cutlery had been put away without being washed (lipstick on glasses, crust on cutlery and coffee drips still on outside of mugs). I cleaned the apartment before settling in - not my idea of a holiday. Will not return.

The location for us was perfect. Close to Sunshine Plaza, not noisy around the streets and we were given an upgrade so that was very special.

I couldn't fault anything.

It was a good size apartment in a good location with plenty of shops and eating places.

There was nowhere to hang you towels to dry after shower and nowhere in the shower to put your soap and shampoo,other than that it was a nice apartment.

The apartment is modern, clean and with secure underground parking. Liked having a second TV in the bedroom and a full-sized fridge. Great location, a short walk to Sunshine Plaza and Big Top Plaza, and restaurants.

No hooks in the bathroom or a shelf in the shower.

Breakfast not applicable. Location was perfect. At first I was a little disappointed as I though it was going to be closer to the beach, ie the name! But it turned out to be the best location. An easy to walk to Sunshine Plaza, the bus stop and the opposite direction, an easy walk to Cotton Tree Road. Just great!

I really can't think of anything. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. We would stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.
