The staff was amazing hats off!

No peep whole in the door and air conditioning isn’t cold enough.

Wonderful boutique hotel, lovely view over the lake, friendly staff and great food. A little out of the way of the main town, we didn't have a car but enjoyed the walk to the station, a car would be preferable.

Very good parking lot, new hotel, rooms have a good size,

they offer fruits on the breakfast but charged at the end saying the fruits are not included in the breakfast. No swimming pool, no gym, no facilities, for a 5 star hotel is not acceptable

The view, the fine serving, the 1michelin star restaurant. The spa in the room..very nice feeling. Truly 5 stars experience in a beautiful place

Beautiful hotel but lacking in facilities:- No pool, No Spa, nowhere inside to relax and unwind. Staff superb, friendly and very helpful.

Limited food options in Bistro which was quite pricey. Would have been nice to have more salads on offer as main courses and more vegetables. Bistro menu did not change during our stay. Location - a little out on a limb. Breakfast service very slow, we had eggs of some sort each morning which seemed to take an age to arrive. Breakfast service needs to be prompt as guest generally want to get out sightseeing.

staff were friendly and welcoming. They each made such high effort to be catering for everything you need and always greeted you with a personal touch almost like they’ve known you for a long time, eager to help and showing genuine interest in your experience. The only other place we’ve felt such attention to detail are our stays at Claridges, Mayfair London. The facilities and small touches were as you’d expect of 5 star quality. excellent in-house made pastries. The Fire & Flames pizza was exquisite at their Drop restaurant! Definitely in my top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of pizzas, this comes 3rd to to my all time top two favourite pizzas I had in Vietnam and South Africa. Great stay

nothing not to love about this hospitality of this place. I rate hotels on how they treat you (and of course the facilities should be in keeping with the rating of the hotel). this met the 5 star facilities but the service was above other 5 stars we’ve stayed at and like mentioned have felt this level of attention only at Claridges Mayfair.

The hotel room was big clean and comftorbale. it was nice to have water and coffee in the fridge. the lake view is very nice

The hotel isn’t worth the price, there isn’t a pool, the gym is very small, mosquitoes in the garden, no balcony in our room. the area isn’t nice to stay in, nothing to do close to the hotel
