There were 2 families(9 total people) --4 Parents & 5 grown up kids(20+ year olds) We all had plenty of space to spread out. We played games at the huge dining room table. Most all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Loved the pool table & fireplaces. Good firewood(Locust)was even provided. I could go on & on. We would not hesitate to go there again.

A great place to feel the mountains. We hiked, some skied, had a blast on the slide & swings & especially the rocks & creek below the house behind the property. Wish we could have stayed more than 3 days. The house is well appointed, enjoyed the fireplace, comfy beds, & plenty of room for teens to have their own space or everyone be together. We’d love to stay here again in any season.

The house was exactly as advertised! Great location and perfect sleeping arrangements for couples and singles. We were able to hike tube and tour wineries! Will definitely be back with the grandkids!!!

This was our second stay at this property. It is perfect for our group of four couples, plenty of room. There is one step on the walk to enter, I use a rollator walker and stayed on the main floor with no problem. The house is in a beautiful setting.

This is our third time staying at this property with a group of friends. We've had a wonderful experience every time. The location of the property is convenient to hiking trails. The backyard has a stream and boulders for the kids to play on. The new addition of a zipline was really great! The house is well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful visit
This was our second time visiting this property and we really enjoyed it. Large house, easily fits 10 people. Kids and adults loved. Lovely yard and creek with access to trails.

Thanksgiving reprieve
Had a great time with family in a house that could accommodate all of us. Enjoyed the surrounding breweries and wineries and hiking trails. Kids loved the swings on the lower deck!

Fall Get Away
10 friends, ages 74-81, stayed in the house for three nights. The house was perfect for us. The hikers were happy, so were those who preferred to stay back and read a book - or surf the Internet.
The deck and screened in porch we’re favorite spots to look out over the woods and listen to the bubbling brook.

Weekend Getaway
We visited with 3 families- 6 adults and 4 children. It was the perfect amount of space for all of us. The house was clean and nicely appointed. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Appreciated the Google Nest for playing music and smart TV with Netflix. The property was amazing! Very scenic and great for the kids to explore with a creek and boulders to climb on. Were able to access trails from the back of the property. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and listening to nature and the creek. Can't wait to return!

October family vacation
Beautiful mountain retreat in wooded area home. Is spacious enough for our 3 families all having their own floor and bathrooms. Plenty of wood for the fireplace which we enjoyed every night. Could have used some light bulbs to replace some burned out ones as it was dark in the upper staircase and reading nook. All in all it was nice and we enjoyed our family time together.

Beautiful forest view / good for families
We were 2 families (3 adults and 5 kids total). The home is ideal for families. There are porch swings and the kids spent hours searching for creatures in the creek behind the house. I made the mistake of overlooking that the house does NOT have central air conditioning when I booked. The hosts were very gracious and installed AC units in 2 bedrooms before we got there which helped but it did get quite warm in the main area of the house on hot days. Overall, it was well located, comfortable and great for hiking.

Great Family Stay
We stayed with three other families and had a wonderful time! The space was great, with all the bigger kids staying together in the basement, and closets big enough for a pack and play, to get a little separation. If staying in the summer, note there is no central A/C, something we didn't realize before going. Fans were a help, so it wasn't terrible, but we were there 4th of July weekend, so it got a little hot, especially on the upper floor. The double decks were great, and there is no direct access from the upper deck to the lower deck outside, which was nice to not worry about kids outside on the upper deck. Location was right near several hiking trails, and creeks in the backyard. Bathrooms were outdated, but everything was clean and worked well. Property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions during the stay! We would stay again!

Great house for families and friends.
The house was even better than advertised in the listing. It was in great condition and had everything we needed. We had 3 families together and the house fit our needs perfectly and with 6 young kids it worked out great. Really close to the ski slopes and the breweries nearby. The owner was super responsive and very helpful. Everyone had such a great time we left talking about when we would return for our next visit.

The stream, the size/openess, and beautiful scenery are amazing. We loved having my wife's surprise bday party here. Nastaran is a great host. Everything was as described or better!

Fabulous Home !!
This home and property were amazing in every way !! This beautiful home is spacious, so nicely furnished, very well-equipped ,and the owner is very sweet, accommodating and responds to questions immediately !! The property s also more lovely than described which the the tranquil springs running through the backyard. We had all we needed and more for 3 families which ranged from 15 months to 96 years. The kids had their own retreat in the downstairs complete living area !!
I can't adequately describe this home and do it justice --you will have to visit to capture the the total experience where you will make lasting memories !! We will most definitely return next year and each year that allows !!

Great house
The house and set up were perfect for our three families. The kids had their own area in the basement which they loved. We enjoyed the fireplace and the large dining table. Super convenient to Wintergreen resort!

Perfect!
We lived at Wintergreen for 15 years when our kids were growing up, so to spend Thanksgiving there was awesome! This house was PERFECT! We had such an amazing time together showing the grandchildren where their parents grew up. We have extended family in the area who joined us for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone agreed this was one of the best holidays we have had together, Thanks to LaDonna who was great to work with, and hopefully we can make more memories in the future in this house!

The stay here was easy for checking in and out. The property is beautiful and the kitchen is very nice. The manager was very easy to communicate with and responsive. The only minor issue we had that we didn’t communicate now that I am writing this review is that the water filter on the fridge needed to be replaced as it was slow running but other than that it was an excellent stay

Family wedding
The house is a great house. Great size and rooms with private bathrooms great. Kitchen well stocked. Just think it could have been cleaner. Carpets look dirty and old. Cob webs in numerous areas around the house. My husband swept leaves covering the deck.
