The studio apartment was in the perfect location, very clean, and comfortable.

When you enter the apartment there is a small step inside. No warning sign, until you fall.

I genuinely loved staying at this studio. I spent the weekend pretty much locked inside studying, and this was a perfect, cozy place for it. The parking space is right neat the door, making it very easy to take things inside. The bed was very comfortable, and the owners are able to make great use of a little space, offering a couch and coffee table, another table to work at, spacious bed, recliner, etc. Very clean It was all very nice.
In the late evenings, it was very noisy with intoxicated bar-goers. Both nights (Friday and Saturday), it was noisy from 11 pm until 2 a.m. The second night I had to call police because of a fight right outside the door. There seems to be a patio bar directly across the street and public parking in close vicinity where partiers end up going and loitering when things close.
That said, I would stay here again. I suspect the week day evenings are less noisy. The host provides a sound machine, I'm assuming to try and drown some of that out. But the place was very nice and comfortable otherwise.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was the perfect place and had everything we needed! It was neat, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location in the middle of downtown steps from some great restaurants and the community market. I had a couple questions later at night and the host was happy and willing to help and quickly replied. We would stay again!

Super convenient location and parking. This is like a very nice hotel room (at 1/3 the price)!

Place was prefect for the time we was in town. The bathroom is super small that was the only issue we had. The bed was so comfy and space was great. Walking distance to great shops.

My husband and I visited Lynchburg with our one year-old to see some of my friends from college. The couple nights we spent here was perfect. The room was clean and had all of the things in it that we needed. The host was very accommodating, as we had to arrange to bring our baby last minute. I loved the location of the place. It was right downtown in the middle of lots of things to do. We will definitely make plans to come back!

The location of this apartment is perfect. Walkable to everything. The parking spot that comes with it is very convenient because parking can be hard in Lynchburg. Would stay there again for sure.

Wife and I stayed 2 nights over a weekend. Super convenient to downtown attractions and parking place is right there behind the apartment. Very clean and cute. It’s bigger than the pictures imply. Will stay here again!

This property is very comfortable and the location is great! It's close to the river and many good restaurants. The only downside is the size of the bathroom. It's small, but not a game charger for me.

Active mold growing on the wall behind the fridge. We kept smelling it but couldnt locate it until we were checking out.

It was in a wonderful spot in downtown Lynchburg in walkable distance to everything. It’s small but perfect for one or two people. The only not so good thing was it did smell a bit musty or like pets.

Location is fantastic! Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, farmers market. Apartment is clean, very tastefully done and has everything you need. Off-street parking is so nice. This was my second time staying here and it won’t be the last.

The property and parking were easy to find. Great walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to get to any part of Lynchburg within like 10 minutes. The bathroom is EXTREMELY small, but it is to be expected.

This property was great for one night. However, finding the parking spot was extremely challenging due to the numbers on the spaces being completely unreadable. This made me concerned that we would be towed. Please repaint numbers on parking spots or use better signage to indicate where guests should park. The bed was very comfortable and with white noise I slept well, despite the noise outside. My other recommendation would be to upgrade the towels as these were both quite small and scratchy.

This location was perfect!!! We had our dog and everything is in walking distance. So clean and quaint. You would think it would be loud because you are right downtown but nothing could be further from the truth. Shower is really small so if you are a person of size, it could be an issue. We can’t wait to come back.

It was a great stay while staying in town. Convenient area as well. Very easy to get in contact with management, they were really nice. The only thing that I could complain about is the bathroom being too small for me, but being a studio apartment, that’s to be expected.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is as advertised - clean, great location, and cozy. The adjoining street was closed so we did not have any noise issues. Great place to stay if interested in running the trails or touring the shops in downtown Lynchburg.
