Location and number of rooms/beds, large dining table, plenty of seating. Newley renovated bathrooms were nice. Great to have ceiling fan and air con.

Smelt musty, small kitchen, no dishwasher, very old fridge, not to the standard I would have expected for the price. If we had paid less I would not have been so bothered. Master bed and single beds were comfy. Two double beds were not. Washing line is a disaster. Needs to be restrung.

Super well equipped kitchen, great games cupboard and super comfortable bed. Easy flat walk to the beach and local cafe. Plenty of parking. Aircon in the lounge was great on hot days. House was very clean and comfortable. Good fast wifi that handled the whole family and streaming movies.

There was super low water pressure in the shower upstairs and we needed to deal with several white tail spiders and bush cockroaches.
