The flat was spacious and clean. The heating was on when we arrived but we turned it off as it wasn't necessary. The location was good and there were excellent views from the lounge windows. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of places to eat within easy reach.
A lot of stairs (we were prepared for this but they were still a negative). The lights in the lounge and the bedside lights in the bedrooms weren't bright enough for reading. We couldn't figure out how to turn the oven on (but this wasn't a disaster). No dedicated parking. This wasn't a problem in October but I imagine it might be an issue in high season.

La ubicación es perfecta, en la zona comercial de Bude y cerca de la playa. Luminoso, amplio, limpio y muy bien equipada,
El único problema es que en la información no se mencionaba la dificultad de acceso para personas de movilidad reducida, al ser un 2º piso mediante unas escaleras muy empinadas. También hay dificultad para acceder a la cocina y baño.

Fantastic location, close to the town centre and the beach. The facilities were fantastic with lots for children and a very well equipped kitchen. Views were beautiful and the apartment very much felt like a home away from home!
The entrance to the property, as mentioned in previous reviews, is up 2 flights of stairs and the communal area needs some TLC. Some damp patches in the bathroom.

Beds were very uncomfortable, double bed was very soft & twin beds were very hard. Also lights in both rooms were too dim to read by.

The property was equipped with Everything and I would say even oberequipped. We travelled with 4 yo and 7 months old and Everything was there for them, games, toys, high chair, even a baby bath. I liked that we could see a little bit of the sea from our window. Everything was so close. Beach 10 mins walk and flat, no big hills. Parking tip: use horizon.co.uk for a cheap parking at coop or sainsbury's, otherwise you can park near the property for 1 hr for free. Good value for money. Black bins can be left near large recycling bin near Barclays bank.
Nothink not to like. But I would bring extra black out if you have small children, but that's just me being picky with non black out curtains.

so much space. we have a 10 month old daughter and this accommodation had everything we needed for us and for her. would definitely recommend

The flat is very comfortable and tastefully presented. Some nice extras- dvds, books, games that all help to make it feel homely. The kitchen is well equipped also. It has a lovely position and you can see across to the sand dunes and the sea.
The entrance is dark ( security light would be helpful) and the communal stairs are scruffy and uncleaned.

Central location was fantastic- car parking not an issue - close to everything that was needed - spacious and well equipped apartment- did not want for anything- highly recommended
There was honestly nothing not to like - and the weather was fantastic! - a really great relaxing stay

The position in the town was perfect. The actual appartement interior was spacious and offered exactly what we needed. The rooms are spacious yet homely. The views from the lounge are just lovely.
The only criticism would be the communal entrance was in need of repairs and decoration and the stairs weren't hoovered however once inside the appartment I have no criticism, it is nicely deorated, very clean and offered everything you could need for your stay.
