This is a very nice unit with excellent features and if the full "Seaside Experience" is what you are after this is an outstanding choice.We went because for our 17 year old daughter, this was right up her alley. I prefer seclusion to crowds but I'm old and stuck in my ways.The condo was really nice, the management company does a great job in communicating and responding and we have no complaints at all and highly recommend using them.Our daughter had a great time and that's why we went.

Although this property was gorgeous and centrally located we would probably not stay at this particular property for the following reasons 1) no trees to block morning sun in bedroom windows 2) internet was spotty 3) noise of square overnight with working crews.

My family and I stayed at this place for the week and it was great. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and in the middle of all the action. The place was clean and very spacious for our family of four. The parking is the only downside as there is no assigned spot but there is plenty of nearby parking. Will definitely be back to Seaside and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in on Sunday, but the staff went out of their way to bring us all of our passes so we could enjoy Seaside amenities while we waited. Aside from the incredibly hot and humid weather, our little mini vacation was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. When we do, we will likely book the same unit. Not only was it comfortable and spotless, the location can’t be beat!

The condo did not disappoint, but the building that it is in and the entrance needs a thorough cleaning. Floors are dirty, stairwell has trash in it, the floors again need a good old fashioned power spraying or scrubbing. For the cost of this rental, I expected better conditions. We were disappointed with that, but happy with the condo itself.

A Perfect View is a lovely place. It was recently redone to perfection! We’ve stayed at many places at Seaside and this was certainly one of the best...pristinely clean and elegantly decorated. (Excellent storage in master bedroom and bath!) The balcony is a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee or to relax on the evening. It is also just steps from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We loved staying in the square this year! Getting to the beach and restaurants/shops was a breeze and the views were wonderful. The unit was recently remodeled and it was not only beautiful, but perfect for our family of 4. The only drawback of staying in the square is the noise. If you are wanting to get a good night's sleep, you might not want to stay here. Teenagers are allowed to hang out in the square after everything closes and during our stay, they were there between 12:30 and 1 am each night. Then, beginning at 5 am, you start to hear delivery trucks, powerwashing, etc. We understood that those things were necessary to keep the square looking nice and the restaurants/shops stocked - but people should just be aware that those things are going to happen daily when you stay here.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed the quality and modern decor of the unit. It was very clean and comfortable. The central location was convenient, but also noisy after hours. Be prepared to listen to loud yelling from various groups of people sometimes until 2am. There was construction going on each day we were there. One day they used a lift and worked above our balcony for many hours. The last day of our stay, a worker used a ladder at 9am to climb to our balcony and work for an hour and a half. We also had to listen to a ventilation flap banging extremely loudly in the early morning hours when it got a little windy. We ended up leaving a day early due to these issues.

Convenient and beautiful!
We throughoughly enjoyed our 25th Anniversary trip and stay! Our only complaint was that the elevator didn't work when we arrived and we had to carry out luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but it was quickly fixed and usable when we left. Everything was clean and comfortable! Great stay!

Overall experience was excellent and would recommend. Location and amenities in Seaside is great and the beach is right across the street for easy access. Once you park there really is no need to leave unless you want to explore outside of Seaside. Parking can be a bit confusing as there are only 4 spots for residents/guests to share between the 5 condos so a minor inconvenience.
