This property was great. Everything was as advertised. Our children (9, 5, and 3) loved the loft. There was enough space for everyone. The views off the porch were great. We will definitely be back.

VACASA IS DOING FALSE ADVERTISEMENT SINCE THEY SAID THEY ARE RENTING PROPERTY WITH FIREPLACE BUT THIS AMENITY ONLY WORKED ONE DAY, WE CONTACTED VACASA MANY TIMES AND NEVER SOLVED

This is a high end decorated beautiful Condo in The Reserve group of condos 5,4000 feet atop Sugar Mtn. The views are amazing . Everything you need is here allowing you & your family to have a wonderful, stress free and pampered time on your vacation. Our unit 4A had it all. Loved the 7o-75 inch TV with a HUGE amount of every kind of channels you would ever want or need. I will tell you they don’t tell you that your keys to your door are located in an extremely difficult lockbox which we had to have a maintenance man come and get it open for us because just putting our code in did NOT allow us to open up the section where the door keys were. So we wasted our first hour waiting in the rain & cold before we actually had the keys in our hands. Not a good first impression, but once inside the decor & view from the many floor to ceiling walls and HUGE deck with rocking chairs in the closet on the deck and a nice glass of wine, soon eased my frustration.

The unit has a large TV in the living room, which makes for good viewing of sports, movies and other shows. The kitchen is reasonably well equiped so that cooking is available.

Clean and Very Comfortable
We have stayed at countless rental homes over the years and this is by far the cleanest we have stayed in. It was also very comfortable and had a wonderful view from the back deck. We rarely stay at a rental that we say we would return to but we are already checking the calendar to see when this unit is available in the future.

Oh the Views
Absolutely the best place I have stayed at in terms of cleanliness, views and access to unit. No complaints! Zack at Vacasa was amazing to work with and even came out to the home to get the surround system up and running!

Great place. Great stay. Survived 2 ft of snow and did not lose electricity. May just need to service gas fireplace as the pilot light kept going out.

There was food in the couch from the previous occupants and roaches in the living room and bed room. I called customer service and sent pictures of everything and to date no one has followed up. Amazing that I spent $700 for one night which included a cleaning fee and this was what I got. I will NEVER book with your company again and I plan to contact the BBB.

The property is nice and in a great location but the property management company was difficult to work with when we had issues (no water, then no hot water, asking for extra trash bags) and there are not nearly enough cleaning products provided for the stay.

We had a wonderful time in this unit; location, location, location great views. Large areas clean, windows sparkling, comfortable furniture. We would come back again.
Some minor detail cleaning could have been better for us, with dust under sofas, and a little mold in shower. The dining furniture is different than pictured, has large wingback dining chairs a bit soiled. We brought in two patio chair.
Overall, great vacation spot and would visit again.

Very nice condo, well equipped kitchen, great covered deck with beautiful mountain views. Close to local restaurants and parks. I would recommend this property.

Could not get Wi-Fi to work when we arrived. Found cable modem unplugged. Plug from wire raceway is too short to reach the power strip and when plugged in suspends power strip off the floor making it prone to unplugging itself.
Ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom needs dusting.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this two-story condo. Everything was very clean, extremely comfortable, well decorated, lots of space, and overall fantastic location. Located next door to Sugar mountain and a few miles away from Beech Mountain, we were able to enjoy all of Banner Elk. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this property is!

We had a fantastic night enjoying the beautiful sunset and family time by the fire. The location was great and easy to get to and the view was amazing. Our three kids really enjoyed the loft area and decided to have a slumber party up there! Well equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated. We would love to stay here again!

Breathtaking View!!!
The condo was beautiful and the breathtaking view hits you the minute you open the door. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there was no instruction on operating the fireplace. We tried everything we could with the remote without success. The view made up for it though. We would love to come back to stay.

The condo was so beautifully decorated and so spacious for our family of 5. Unfortunately the whole time we were there it was cloudy, but we were told the views were beautiful.
