Very responsive. Clean and tidy, plenty of parking. Easy check in and check out.

We both knew we'd come again the second we walked into our 'apartment' Decor was lovely & felt cosy.

The cleanliness of the utensils, most of what we were provided with had food on from previous guests. We couldn't dry our pots with the kitchen towel as it put blue fluff all over the pots. But Apart from that the rest of the apartment was lovely!

Getting the keys was easy. That’s the only positive.

Extremely strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. The room has been regularly smoked in until fairly recently. Room was in poor state of repair - big cracks in plaster, stains. Toilet was left unflushed for when we arrived and had been used and not cleaned. Beds were hard.

The collection of the key was easy, I received an email with the code to the box and entry was straight forward. There was some tea and coffee already in the room, in small jars. I'm not sure if this is supplied by the owner or what people have left, I had bought sugar and tea bags with me so filled up the sugar jar at the end of my stay. I was booked into room 12, however shortly after the booking I was moved to room 4, no idea why, and I never asked. Room 4 has a small sofa in which I found very comfy, the room was big enough for two and the shower was powerfull and plenty of hot water.

After my stay here I can't really think of anything to moan about.

The house keeping staff are very friendly. They provided an extra fan when requested due to the unreasonable weather during our stay.

Charging @£10 an hour for a couple of extra hours felt like greediness at its best!

Spacious, good shower, kitchen facilities good, ample parking, bed comfortable, proper table and chairs to eat at, clean.

It’s noisy! The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything from the cabin next door and when the cleaners are using the hoover in the morning it’s REALLY loud. Dog barking until the early hours and again very early in the morning. People being VERY noisy until about 3am. Soap is provided but no shampoo/conditioner. No hair dryer.

It was close to the city centre but at the same time it was quite and cosy.

Beds could do with new mattresses

Clean, spacious and private.

There was nothing not to like.

The apartments are very well equipped , and great for anyone working away from home.

The toilets need a deep clean. And the mattress are very soft which my be to other peoples liking but I found uncomfortable.

All good except that on the first night there was no hot water left for shower seemed to be rectified on the remaining Days

Quiet location. Able to an into town centre.

Basin tap water pressure on the high side.

All the amenities we needed whilst also being in a great location. Easy to find and straight forward booking process.

We booked in here to enable us to see our grandsons for the first time since Christmas. Excellent location and the facilities we great. Lovley and clean, home from home for s couple of nights. Will return .

Stayed here for the 3rd time Immaculate tea coffee sugar milk water juice on arrival TV radio beds so comfy can’t beat it best place to stay in Didcot in my opinion
