It was very clean, and sea view from the road (not from the property) was nice

Beware of the misleading description! There is no swimming pool, no terrace with the sea view (unless you stand on the sun lounger!), no 24 hour reception! The manager was literally next door and still she kept us waiting for 20 minutes after agreed arrival time! Description seems to be for the main larger apartment, and is being used for all 3 apartments in the block. I guess most of the good reviews are for that larger one, I can’t believe why anyone will give this apartment a good rating. It’s very much overpriced. I can see so many reviews mentioning the same issue, the manger explained that it is booking.com’s mistake, and I spent a good amount of time exchanging messages with booking.com so I don’t write an unjustified review. They said they don’t manage descriptions, so are not responsible for the mistake. Even aside from description issue, I did not like the property, it’s small, away from basic facilities, Kitchen is very poor, little to no cooking utensils, poor mobile signal and WiFi. Overall, a disappointing experience!

Beautiful quiet place outside of Santa Cruz with an amazing view of the ocean! The host was great and communicated well, although I done speak Spanish, through booking we could translate and it was easy to communicate! Breakfast was a treat!

I didn't have a car and it would have been a great way to enjoy this beautiful property if mobile.

The listing stated that private pool is included in the price, but upon arrival the very first thing the host said that the pool is for extra charge only (50 euros). The listing is also misleading describing the ocean view, because that only can seen from an area that is not available for this apartmant. These two were a decision factor when selecting this apartmant and a scam.

The host was lovely as well as our small flat, very clean and with everything necessary.

Only negative point was that we didn't know we couldn't get there by scooter because the only entrance is through the highway..

It was really nice view, the owner is really nice.

There is no beach. You can only use pool untill 21:00. The locks are wierd and we couldn't open "garden" door to enter or leave property. haha

Perfect location to reach with a car, beautiful view from the poolside. Host was very nice and polite.

Close to the door of the apartment it really smells bad, bad odor of the dog. The dog is really friendly and sweet but only he/she left her/his smell next to our door.
