We loved the warm welcome and friendly staff, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. Our accommodation was clean and warm. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Keane's.

This is the first time we travelled with our dog, and he was very welcome in the room and the restaurant! The welcome by Michael was lovely. He took us right to our room and showed us the heat system. The restaurant was wonderful. We ate there all three nights. Service was amazing, staff was super, and the food was delicious. Michael even had oysters ready both nights! I was a little cold the first night, and Aisling made sure we had another comforter/blanket for the next two nights.

The room was ok. There really wasn't comfortable seating, so we didn't spend much time in the room. The shower was unusual, no curtain and it was difficult to use the hand held shower head. But the water was nice and hot!

great food and lodgings

It was a great little apartment, it had cooking facilities as well as tea and coffee provided along with a small fridge. The beds were very comfy, the room was clean and we had a lovely stay. Staff were very accommodating, our dog was able to stay in the room with and could even join us in the pub. Which was great as we have a big dog which can be hard to find places to stay.

Lovely place. Very friendly staff

We had dinner on both nights in the pub and the food was delicious. I had fish both nights and it was probably the best fish I've ever had in Ireland! The owners/staff are really friendly and we had a great time talking with the people in the pub, locals or the ones visiting/working. I suppose it's low season, so quiet, but we enjoyed the atmosphere!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food excellent. Location convenient for exploring west coast of Ireland. Rooms fully equipped with coffee, tea and milk available.

Everything about Keanes is perfect! Myself, Robert and Sandy had a lovely little apartment, complete with hob, microwave, kettle, grill, and jacuzzi! Bridie was a pleasure to meet on arrival, full of craic and so welcoming. The bar was lovely and quaint, and the food was incredible! We ate in it both nights, and got to try oysters for the first time, with chef coming out and explaining how best to do so. Aisling went above and beyond, even giving us tips on places to visit - each one a winner! The entire family just made you feel like one of their own, we were so sad to leave! Really looking forward to coming back for another visit!
