The place is very spacious. You get very good value for the money. Househelper is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the help Lucy!

It need to be freshened up a bit. The stairs are steep and easy become slippery with water.

Whole house with a pool at a very fair price. Easy access to the beach. The house keeper stays within so your needs are attended to real time.

Cameras in the house although I'm not sure they were connected.

The house is good located, near to the beach. Very clean also. Arriving there you feel directly at home. Very comfortable. All the credits goes to Lucy the house keeper. She is a wonderful person, kind and very helpful.

From the 24 days we stayed the WiFi was only for 4 days available. We took a local Safaricom data bundel for our phone and used it as a hotspot, so that’s how we kept ourselves online. Second, above comment plus the electricity at the end makes me to give a low rate. Staying for 24 days and paying over 130 euro is far too high. You pay also for the basic usage of the house witch are supposed not to be on your shoulders. (Basic costs: the electricity usage when there’s no guests)

The swimming pool was soo relaxing and also the privacy. Lucy the housekeeper is such a warm, friendly soul who was available to offer assistance at all times. Did I mention the security? My family felt very safe and comfortable during the stay. I'll definitely recommend this property to my friends and offcourse worth a revisit.

The separate charge on electricity is okay but I'd suggest to upgrade the system to the token one so I can buy as I use. The internet was also quite slow and unreliable

The host, Lucy was exceptional. Very interactive and made us feel very much at home.

I think an installation of an automatic water pump system would be good, coz this way we had to call the care taker to on the pump for water once it was finished on the top tank.

We liked the rooms , facilities , private pool and nearness to the beach. We made breakfast for ourselves .

The electricity bill was a bit high for 3 days considering we were not even inside the house for most time ..

Everything was just exceptional,the housekeeper Lucy went out of her way to make sure we were more than comfortable.The place was super clean and the environment was the best.Cant wait to go back there. Clean and comfortable beddings.

The location was perfect and the pool was cleaned daily. My baby enjoyed the stay there. Lucy who is the caretaker is amazing and will go out of her way to make your stay comfortable. The house had most of the amenities one would like.

The host could provide a microwave and a flask as it is an essential for most stays.

Villa Sunshine Ukunda was the best thing God gave us with my family in December 2020. I stayed with my 3daughters( 12,5 and 1 year old) for 7nights and 8days in the most serene environment in Diani...The host; Mr. Torsten was very supportive and the receptionist; Lucy and her friend Betty extended their good services to us in doing tasks like cooking and cleaning.They also accompanied us to the private beach.The Swimming pool within the compound was very clean and child friendly..

Nothing could have made our lives there better,we received 5stars services.
