Great location! You can walk a short distance to the beach or drive directly onto it with all of your beach gear. Close to restaurants, grocery store and souvenir stores. Perfect for 4th of July as fireworks are very close in adjacent neighborhood. Make sure you claim your spot on the beach very early, however, as it was jam packed on the 4th, otherwise pretty easy to get a good spot. Condo suited our needs well for cooking and sleeping, and really appreciated the half bath downstairs.

My family and I really enjoyed our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo. It was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Did have to contact the front desk to report a faulty toilet. Maintenance was sent within 3 hours to address the problem.

Satisfied with our stay. Would have appreciated being told of the city ordinance that all tarps and frames need to be picked up at end of day or risk them being taken up by city workers...we lost 3 tarps! We have been staying at this beach for 30 yrs and this has never happened, very annoyed by this. Please let your guests know. Otherwise all was good. Thank you.

I love staying here but this time had a problem with the air conditioner keeping it cool enough. Maintenance was very helpful in getting it fixed. The king bed mattress is terrible-you definitely roll to the center of the bed. Time for a new mattress.

This is an older condo complex which has been undergoing renovation. We were not able to check in until after 5 pm due to a housekeeping shortage (we received notice after booking that this was a possibility) but we were able to use the pool area. The pool was quite busy and could have stood to be cleaned more frequently during the day so we didn't go in it very much. The restroom by the pool definitely needs to be updated and cleaned more frequently- better to use the restroom in the unit! The unit itself is renovated although still shows some signs of age, but was clean upon our arrival. We did wash whatever dishes and silverware we needed before using them. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were more comfortable than we expected. The location was just what we wanted! Literally steps from the beach. The complex is also adjacent to the the Beach Access Road #3 so we still drove our gear down but would go back to the condo to eat and take a break.

Very happy with our stay. Had an issue with the sliding door and was taken care of in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again. The beach was very clean and close too.
