Steps to the gorgeous Mexico Beach!
Rilassare. Ricaricare. Riconnettiti all'incantevole Beachside Bliss: una residenza cittadina 3 BR, 2 1/2 bagni SULLA SABBIA! Nessuna strada da attraversare per raggiungere la spiaggia. Attualmente l'unica residenza cittadina disponibile a Mexico Beach che è veramente sulla spiaggia (non è necessario attraversare Hwy 98!) A solo un isolato di distanza dal Canale con accesso alla barca e pesca e raccolta delle conchiglie. Splendida vista del tramonto dal balcone principale! Le 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi sono al piano superiore con una terrazza con vista sul golfo. Letto aggiuntivo (due futon doppi) al piano di sotto e un bagno di servizio. Due posti auto per una barca o 2 veicoli. WiFi, 65 "Smart TV con accesso Hulu, Netflix ecc. Disponibile. TV in ogni camera. Cortile / patio recintato con grill e posti a sedere. Lavatrice e asciugatrice, doccia esterna calda / fredda, cucina completamente attrezzata, sedie a sdraio, teli mare, giochi e giocattoli da spiaggia, rete da pallavolo / badmitten e carro da spiaggia in dotazione. Sentiti nuovo di zecca dopo il tuo soggiorno a Beachside Bliss!

Wonderful stay with great beach access. Have a Brewery and eateries with in walking distance. Absolutely would book again!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean when we arrived. There were a few things that we found but I did let the host know about them. Nothing that would keep me from staying again. The walk wasn’t too far. I would suggest if your older not to make the walk though. Rent you a golf cart if possible. For the young it was good. I wouldn’t plan on having more than 2 vehicle's as there is construction going on and you cannot park additional cars or trailers. Overall we had a good time and would stay again.

Great stay, well laid out town home.
I would suggest purchasing a nice outside storage unit (like the unit behind your back fence) to store the items in the pantry closet that are to be used for the beach. Luckily we had brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas and beach wagon. We were going to use the beach umbrella in the closet but it was missing the bottom pole and also found the items in closet had not been properly rinsed of sand. This closet would be much more useful as a food pantry for your guest food storage. Also the back patio area needs to be weeded and some ornamental grasses and a few colorful flowers planted along the back fence. It would also be nice to add a privacy wall for the outside shower so it could be better utilized for a full private shower experience. Overall the town home is well laid out and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to see a continued repair and rebuilding of Mexico Beach properties on our next visit.

Our first time back to MB after Michael and this townhome did not disappoint!
This home was exactly as advertised right down to the beach wagon and towels! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Not on the sand
I thought I was renting a beach front condo. It is 2 blocks off the beach. It is on the beach side of Hwy 98, how ever the only beach view is in the far distance from the second floor balcony. My search was specifically and only for BEACH FRONT, so don't know how this showed up. Very disappointed in location. Unit was very clean and neat. Only issue with actual unit is it is listed as a 3 bedroom. It is actually a two bedroom with a trundle bed in a closet sized room. As a licensed real estate agent I was taught the requirements for a bedroom includes a closet... no closet, no window, just barely big enough to pull out the trundle bed.
