Wonderful, quiet and peaceful location. Everything was set up to ensure you felt relaxed and safe. Appreciated the artwork throughout the unit.

Generous supply of breakfast items including fresh eggs, bread (toaster provided), a nice array of jams, free tea and coffee, chocolate pralines and a bottle of bubbles waiting in the fridge. The booking gives the guest access to a whole unit to themselves with bedroom, en suite bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/lounge room with a sturdy table ideal for remote work. There's also a nice outdoor area with couches to sit in on a breezy summer's day. All within close reach to the beach and with ready access to the stunningly scenic Great Eastern Drive.

There are so many things that “stand out” - the welcome from the owner, Chris, when we arrived, the fresh eggs for breakfast, the views of the garden to the ocean to name a few.

Hosts are so lovely and take pride in their place. So welcoming on arrival. Venue top class.views out the windows beautiful and the birds were so lovely to watch and listen. would highly recommend this place .

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, impeccably clean and so many extra touches. Free range eggs from the property, real leaf tea and a tea pot, chocolates and more, warm, spacious with everything you need.

This place was very comfortable, spacious, impeccably clean and well appointed. It's perfectly located for visiting Maria Island. The breakfast supplied was a delightful surprise as was the bottle of wine. We loved it. The fish van in Triabunna was fun.

A well thought out layout of the facilities with excellent and comfortable ammenities by the owners-hosts makes this retreat a relaxing place to stay. Breakfast and other provisions with big and small touches raises the standard above and beyond similarly priced facilities. The quiet town of Spring Beach and nearby Orford add to the attraction.

The property was immaculately clean, and there was nothing they hadn't thought of - lots of thoughtful touches. It's a great option if you're looking to stay near the Maria Island (Triabunna) ferry terminal.

Spring Bay is beautiful, but very quiet - it is a short drive if you're after supplies or services.

Amazing hosts and a beautiful apartment overlooking a tranquil garden and view. We really enjoyed the serenity.
