It was lovely, I would definitely stay again :)

The property was beautiful and to a high standard. Lots of towels, bedding and other items available :)

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Setting a benchmark

A very lovely holiday flat, nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and beautiful bath. We were completely taken in and can only recommend it for a stay. The place surpassed our expectations.

Perfect, peaceful and excellent base for exploring Devon.

The location was perfect for visiting family and the owners were lovely. As returning it guests, the stay was as good as the last time. The little carton of milk and complimentary coffees were ideal after our long journey down from Scotland.

Great comfortable, clean cottage.

Beautiful little annexe/cottage wonderfully furnished, very clean and comfortable with a great shower ( i do love a good shower ) had everything you could possibly want along with the garden to use and garden furniture, lovely little gem in heart of Devonshire countryside. Gwyneth and Andrew both very friendly and helpful. We hope to return, thank you for a lovely stay!

like home from home.

a gorgeous annex with lots of parking. immaculately decorated and clean. WiFi, Netflix, tea coffee and milk waiting for you. what more could you want?

the weather suddenly took a turn for the worst and we couldn’t work out the heating. in fairness as we were not in much and there are plenty of warm blankets we didn’t ask about it, so no complaints from us.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Beautyfull outside nature surroundings. Well equipet kitchen. Cute and nice dogies, which likes to play.

There was no dinner table for a 4 headeded family, only a kitchen-bar for 2 persons.

Location perfect for us visiting family. Beautiful gardens to walk around or sit out in. Had all our meals outside in the lovely weather.

Lovely stay, excellent value!

Beautiful rural spot, not much around but was perfect for attending a wedding close by. Loved the fire pit and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly :)

A lovely, peaceful setting with wonderful hosts.

The property was lovely and very well equipped. Andrew and Gwyneth were great hosts and made us feel at home. We loved the walk in shower!

Great cottage

Amazing cottage! the minute we entered it felt like our dream home and you just don't want your stay to end. it's made with taste and care, the owners have done a tremendous job to provide more than you could ever ask, it's classy, very clean a stylish. Can't recommend enough and definitely visiting again.

There isn't a single thing not to like.

Couldn’t get a signal for the tv but this was a very minor problem as we weren’t there very much.
