Enjoyed our 2022 family Christmas at this property. Plenty of room to accommodate 16 of us. Large family room, huge kitchen table and 11 barstools in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Our adult kids enjoyed frisbee golf that was walking distance and we all enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores! Game room was a lot of fun! Saw plenty of deer roaming around and beautiful sunsets. A good time had by all.

The house and accommodations were excellent. Easy to find, beautiful location and the house was perfect for my party of 8. Kitchen was well equipped and the house, in general met our expectations.

There was plenty to do at the house. The porch was nice to set on to visit with family. The lake was down when was there, but the dock would have been great to fish from. We had a great time at the house.

Heather is an incredible communicator and I would 100% stay here again if I’m in the area. Clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space!

We have stayed at several places on lake Travis… this house was by far the most accommodating for our family of 18. The bedrooms, the kitchen, the downstairs play room was amazing with all the things to do kept our teens enjoying every minute! The house is located in a great area on the lake! We will book again! Heather did an awesome job with communicating with us! We LOVED IT! Thanks again for an amazing week on the lake!

Loved staying at this property. My sister and her family, along with my family stayed here over the New Year Weekend. The weather was cold and rainy the first day, but we had fun nonetheless. The game room downstairs provided all of us with fun things to do and we were able to hang out and have fun. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was nice and big and had all the amenities we needed for cooking. We ate all our meals here and had no need to eat out. Had a couple of minor issues with the lights in one of the rooms and the TV, but Heather was on it and took care of things right away. We will want to come back in the summer and take advantage of the lake!

This was the perfect getaway for a week of relaxation and family fun, especially during COVID times. Loved it!

Couldn’t have been more perfect for a fall weekend getaway for our group of 6 adults. Best game room EVER! TVs were perfect for the football games. Big outdoor space that leads to a great dock. Enjoyed everything about this home.

Ideal location for a tremendous family vacation. The cove was perfect for paddle boarding kayaks and floating with tubes. Boat rentals and jet skis were available nearby. Heather was also a tremendous resource for all our requests. CLT

We had a great time at this property! The property was very clean and well equipped with evertyhing needed for a weekend getaway. The view of the lake is stunning and we really enjoyed watching the deer in the evenings. Plenty of entertainmentf for kids and adults in the large gameroom. Great to be able to simpy walk down to the dock to access the lake. We would definitely return again. Heather is a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Ideal location on the lake in a cove right next to the Point Venture Park. Spacious home with very comfortable beds, downstairs playroom that is awesome for kids and adults. Really big and wide back yard with sitting area. We loved swimming in the cove off the boat dock. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. We give this place 5 stars!!

This place is great. Has everything you are looking for in a get away lake Travis stay. Has more than enough room and the activities to do are endless! Owner is very responsive and neighbors are good.

We LOVED this property. Perfect location in a cove for easy swimming and floating in the lake. The game room was awesome to have a place to gather and keep everyone entertained. We just returned from a stay in this beautiful house. The house was built with entertainment in mind. It has a huge gameroom where you can spend hours while enjoying gorgeous lake views. The breakfast/dining area has the same views of the beautiful lake and you can also see the park with a great playground from here. The patio is so huge, furnished with comfortable chairs and a couch where you can comfortably hang out in the shade and watch deer casually stroll by or boats going by in the distance. Walk down to the dock that is covered and has plenty of seating so you can enjoy fishing or parking your boat. There's a beautiful park couple of minutes walking distance from the house. It has plenty of things to do for kids such as swings, slides, basketball court and has a trail where you can go for a walk. If you are looking for a fun, peaceful and luxury vacation on a lake, look no further!
