The location was very convenient- only few minutes from the beach- The house was absolutely amazing- very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated- The rooms very comfortable for four people to stay - Kitchen equipped with everything you would need if you decided to cook- overall higley recommend

We liked the home was modern in design, small but cozy. Location was added benefit. Liked the ease of renting.

There was dust on the lights above the kitchen island. That was all.

Breakfast was not included. It was furnished well, with a refrigerator and stove, cooking pots, pans, utensils, etc. We were very pleased.

It took us awhile to figure out how to use the washer and dryer. Wish instructions were included. The shells to sign on the table was a nice touch along with the games, and tv programs. I loved the two bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. It was all so wonderful. We enjoyed the vacation very much.

It was a short walk ~1/2 mile to the beach. The pool was nice. The outdoor shower was nice after being on the beach or in the pool.

The gas grill caught fire and was never replaced. There was trash under the furniture.

the beach access was very poor.! Was also told we could have a golf cart. so I rented one with OBX toy and two days before our trip OBX called and said they were not allowed in our area. the purpose of us needing one was because we had a handicap person with us. the beach access needs to be also easy travel for handicap people as well. This made our vacation very hard. Will not recommend this property to friends.

Loved being directly across from the pool, which was comfortably warm, with a 5 year old and two 2 year old twins. Nice access to pool, with 3 secured gates and plentiful outdoor furniture. Also having unit in the back, B, was nice for the little ones to play and be unable to run into trouble quicker than 71 year old grandma could chase them. Parents also liked privacy of unit in the back with outdoor furniture and high privacy fence. Kitchen counter with stools was very spacious and great for kids. Loved having a walk in shower for grandma and a tub for the kids. Washer and dryer with laundry basket, very helpful! Two types of coffee pots was a nice touch, plentiful dishes, cookware, and cutlery. Water and ice dispenser on refrigerator were nice; lots of storage space. Lack of rugs, except small rug in living room area was very helpful with small children. Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am times were nice; friends of ours stayed in a house, where check in was 5pm and check out 9am.

Washer seemed to be difficult to start initially, but was attended to the first morning when group was out for a few hours, after my phone call. Soap dispensers were not all filled. Some of bedding seemed stained. Dishwasher was full of clean wet dishes, that needed dried and put away; glad not to have discovered that the morning we had to leave. Prior residents had not signed out on TV. Not sure if there was a fan over the stove, but had to open the windows when cooking bacon. Air conditioning allowed bedrooms to become a bit warm prior to cycling, then blew cold air. Had to move a few of the knicknacks out of the kids reach. Could have used a larger, heavier spread, for the sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment was very modern and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfy. Plenty of room for 4 - 6.

The description makes one think the beach is a short walk; however, it was not short at all. It took us about 15 minutes to walk there.

POOL, BED, KITHCHEN, EXCEPT CHAIRS. I ALSO LIKED THE LAYOUT AND COLOR SCHEME. tHE LOCATION IS GOOD

WIFI CODE GIVEN WAS INCORRECT, BUT SOMEONE CAME QUICKLY WITH NEW CODE WHICH WAS GOOD THE RUG WAS FILTHY AND I COMPLAINED BUT IT WAS NOT SEEN TO THE ENTIRE WEEK THE SOFA WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND THE KITCHEN CHAIRS ALSO I STAYED HERE LAST YEAR AND THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS MUCH BETTER. I RENTED DIRECTLY AND NOT THROUGH BOOKING.COM
