The host had thought of everything. Everything was clean and neat. Instruction booklet was very helpful for checking in and checking out. Had a great stay.

The house was perfect for our visit. It has everything you would expect of a vacation home and more. We used the screened in porch every night. The beds were comfortable. We will gladly stay here again.

The house was nice, clean and what we needed. It was only 20 minutes from our friends and family. We have only used VRBO a few times but it has been the nicest home we have stayed in so far. We will definitely consider staying in it again when in the area.

The property was just as described. We were two senior couples. The layout of the home made it possible for each couple to have privacy yet enjoy the common areas. The location was perfect for us.

This is the third year we have stayed at this property. Always a great stay. Location is perfect, house is very clean, host are WONDERFUL to deal with, and there is never a problem. Neighbors are very nice too! Steven leaves refreshments, fruits, and snacks which is so nice. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Will always stay at this property when visiting The Villages.

This listing was just as described. Very easy check in and out. I have an adult daughter in a wheelchair and this home was very handicap friendly. There is one small step into the home but otherwise easy to maneuver a wheelchair. We would absolutely stay at this home again!

I would stay here again. The location is great, very close to everything. The house was nice and clean and check in and everything was easy. Bed was comfortable enough. Had enough paper products, cups, plates and silverware provided. Owner left some snacks which was a nice touch even though they were all recently expired. Be careful if the driveway is wet. It rained during my stay and the driveway was like an ice skating rink.

We needed a place to stay for the weekend. So much nicer than a hotel! There were some drinks in the refrigerator and a basket of snacks on the counter to welcome us. The host graciously allowed us to check in a couple of hours early since the house was ready. The house was very clean and has a very large living area! We didn't cook at all, so didn't check out the kitchen supplies. The light switches are labeled, which was a big help. The only potential issue is if you need your room to be completely blacked out. There are blinds on the windows, but not black out curtains. So, the sun light creeps in through the slits in the morning. Our son likes it pitch black, so he had to adjust. The beds are very comfortable, so we slept fine. Would definitely stay again!

The house was warm and inviting. Everything specifically labeled in the kitchen and other rooms to make it easy to find anything you needed. When we visit Florida again for business, that will be our first choice for accommodations.

Always a wonderful experience staying at this home; the owners are wonderful to communicate with, the property is gorgeous. Highly recommend, except when I need to book it 😊

The property was clean and centrally located. Need TV's in the bedrooms. More serving spoons in the kitchen and extra towels. Otherwise everything was great Would definitely stay there again.

This property was just as described and worked perfectly for our trip. The owners were very helpful and prompt when we locked ourselves out with the keypad. We were able to message directly and took care of us remotely. Spacious home allowed relaxing in down times and kindly provided amenities made us feel welcomed. Location was close to family members in the area as well as dining and shopping needs. Look forward to next trip to FL.

This property was just perfect for us. We were at the Villages to attend a Celebration of Life. This gave us the privacy we desired yet easily accessible to restaurants, stores, etc. would certainly recommend!

The bedrooms are spacious and all your needed amenities are provided including extra toothbrushes and razors, etc. The appointments are comfortable. We especially enjoyed the overstuffed recliners and comfortable couch. We highly recommend this rental property. The owners can be proud of their offering.
