The location was in close proximity to the ski area, the private hot tub was great as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was nice to have a garage to park our vehicle in.

There was construction outside which was very noisy in the day time and the location was not as close to the main resort/village area as I was expecting. The drive was not far and there was a shuttle that stopped right outside however it was definitely not walking distance. There were a few things that would have made the stay more comfortable such as humidifiers for the dry weather. The linens also had dog hair in the master bedroom sheets.

The location was great. The hot tub on the roof was amazing.

The bunk beds are for small children. We were afraid that my teenager would break the bed crawling up to the bed on top. The bunk beds are not in a “room”. They are in more of a nook with no door. It would all be fine for younger children, but it wasn’t great with teenagers.

The facility was clean and nicely furnished.

It was clear that the management company did not check everything before our arrival. the property restrictions lead me to believe that everything would be 💯 perfect upon arrival. when we arrived the Wi-Fi was not working. We called and it was fixed rather quickly. the worker noted that all of the cords were completely a mess and he would need to come back and fix them. We also noticed the hot tub was not working. He checked and noticed that the filters were not even in the hot tub. he spoke to the technician over the phone and asked him to come out on Monday. On monday the tech came out and said it would be another day before we were able to get in. On tuesday it was still not working and the tech came out again. he told us to call him back in 2 hours. at that point he said he would come back out on Wednesday. on Wednesday he came back out again and said the thermostat wasn’t working and he could not fix it until the unit was empty. he touched it with his hand and said it felt like it was warmer than the 79 that it was showing. Clearly it was not working before we arrived and for the price of the rental we should not have had these issues. the management company should have been honest and given us the opportunity to book another place. We specifically booked this location for the hot tub and did not get to use it. I’m short we were forced to book another place to stay for the remainder of our visit.

The location was great! We were about 10 minutes away from Winter Park. The home was clean & it had all the amenities we needed for our daily stay. Our kids enjoyed the games that also came with the home!
