Location was great (central). The area was very spacious and for the price it was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

Not much I didn’t like. Just a few of the floor boards needed fixing as some minor holes near skirting in the main living room/ kitchen area. Also the walls are very thin and could hear the people next door.

The location was good for getting to the city centre.

The property wasn’t very clean at all. There was a lot of dirt on the living room and kitchen floor. I found a broken safety pin on the floor which could have been very unpleasant if one of us stood on it in our bare feet. A light was hanging out of the ceiling just above the shower. There was no toilet roll and the shower was useless. No water pressure at all and very difficult to regulate the water temperature with what little water did come out.

Close to city centre and all attractions, near the bus station and also tram links. Within walking distance of museums and restaurants.

Great location! The rooms themselves were very nice and comfortable, with plenty of nearby amenities and a good kitchen too. Especially for the price this place was great!

The hotel was in a great location and was very good value for money.

The apartment was very run down, it had a very sleazy décor and wasn't particularly clean, with lots of debris behind the doors and mould in the shower. I get the feeling that they've had lots of problems with guests in the past as there are lots of rules, a they require a large, cash only deposit (which was fine, we were given a receipt and it was returned, however it was inconvenient and caused initial concern as have never had to do this before at any other hotel). The person who checked us in was not friendly or professional. Check out times were restrictive, and there was not a key drop option as the property had to be inspected, and the manager said there would be an additional charge to check us out if she had to come in early. We also asked that if the room was available if there was an option of checking in an hour early and we were told we would have to pay for this. They are entitled to do this as is their property, however is not accommodating, or providing a good guest experience. It seems they just want to make as much money as possible and don't particularly care about their guests.

Ideal location and price was fair, a lot of dust around the rooms though. Not being picky, it’s okay for a night out just a nuisance to organise and contact

Not the property itself but the customer service. The woman who checks you in is great but They’re policies are a bit poor, for example check in is only 3-6pm and if you miss that they won’t accommodate for you (even if big events are on) you must pay £35 on top of your stay. When contacting customer service they don’t actually reply to you they just copy and paste automated replies. £200 cash deposit is a Ludacris amount for deposit that you must pay

I was there last with my sister for a gig at Band on the Wall which is literally across the road from the flat. The check in process was easy, the flat itself was fantastic value for money. I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wifi wasn’t great but I wasn’t there to be on my phone anyway.

Not mentioned that there is a £200 cash deposit before booking

Checking in and out of the apartment has to be on a specific time.

to much noise on a nighttime and the rooms were very hot, had to keep windows closed because of the noise. could of done with a fan or air cooler.

There was no breakfast, the location was good.

I didn’t like the host treatment, the heating was on timer only at a very late time at night until 8 am and then the heating were turned off and you could freeze until death.

it was nice and clean apartment, 6 people can accommodate easily and location is perfect.

Heater didn’t work properly and the host did nothing to help and very poor wifi that didn’t work at all.

Good location, clean, good communication before arrival and were happy for us to arrive a bit early for check in

Some minor issues: very noisy overnight as next door to a club, the radiators are stuck on full so it's also very hot and the toilet is plumbed into hot water so flushes hot which feels odd. Also smelt strongly of cigarettes on arrival but that is probably the previous guests so not something the hosts could avoid

Room was basic but accommodated for our needs. It was spacious and the facilities were good. The beds were very comfy. The host at reception was very friendly and the process was very easy.

It was quite loud with bars nearby until around 3am in the morning. The shower wasn't the best, temperature was hard to get right and it wasn't very powerful. The room was in need of a bit of tlc, e.g., wonky cupboards, scratches on the floor etc.
