The views were amazing, we could watch the kite surfers and see Gaztelugatxe from the balcony.

The only thing to like is the view on Bakio beach. However the beach is suitable only for surfing

The kitchen was not clean All cooking pans were old scratched and not clean. Everything was disorganized. The oven was not clean and when we tried to put a pizza the whole apartment smelled The microwave is old and makes a lot of noise Dirty cup was left on the top of the kitchen Kitchen ceiling lamp was without cover not sure if this is risky Kitchen hood was dirty and full of insects and doesn’t work Bathroom was not well cleaned, and there is no ventilation which makes the apartment very humid if someone showers Dining table seats were loose for some chair Both sofas were not clean and the bed sofa was loose which means you will set partially on metal structure - very uncomfortable We never met the apartment manager as they left the key in the cafe below the building, when we called they don’t speak English at all and that makes communication difficult if you have a question or request. No one told us what to do at check out so we had to leave the keys inside.
