A breve distanza in auto da Woolacombe si trova l'incantevole Ivycott, situato su un terreno di circa 2 ettari. Cresciuto sul ciglio della strada, gode di una vista di vasta portata su terreni agricoli e proprietà vicine nel piccolo borgo.
L'enorme vialetto può ospitare un parcheggio per un sacco di auto e una volta all'interno di questa casa con 3 camere da letto ci sono diverse sale per le famiglie allargate. Ci sono due nuovi cancelli d'ingresso che rendono i giardini e i giardini completamente sicuri per i cani. Entrando dalla porta principale, sulla sinistra si trova il salotto pulito e compatto con ampi divani per 6 persone e TV, libri e giochi disponibili.
Il bruciatore di legno è un luogo accogliente dove trascorrere le serate con la famiglia. C'è una sala da pranzo con tavolo per ospitare almeno 6-8 e fuori è un grazioso 'accogliente' attualmente allestito come una sala relax o una sala giochi con un guardaroba al piano inferiore con lavatrice. Accanto alla sala da pranzo si trova una cucina luminosa con moderne unità bianco sporco, lavastoviglie full size, forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde e conservazione degli alimenti. È completamente attrezzato per ospitare 6 persone.
Una bella finestra panoramica si affaccia sul giardino a più livelli e c'è un utile portico sulla porta posteriore per stivali / scarpe. C'è un tavolo da cucina e una zona di servizio che ospita la caldaia e il frigorifero con congelatore. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Al piano superiore ci sono 3 camere da letto, master con letto super king, armadi, comodino, cassettiera e specchio. C'è un delizioso bagno privato con doccia, lavandino e WC. Il prossimo è una camera king-size e poi una camera doppia con letti zip n link (si prega di indicare la propria preferenza per super-king o 2 x singoli nel modulo di prenotazione) con lavandino. C'è un piacevole bagno di famiglia molto soleggiato con doccia separata.
All'esterno si trova lo splendido giardino su 3 lati, prati a strati, letti, terrazza rialzata, patio con barbecue con casetta estiva con alcuni mobili e vista sui terreni agricoli. I proprietari hanno recentemente installato due nuovi cancelli sul vialetto rendendo questo grande giardino completamente sicuro. Ivycott presenta una meravigliosa casa per famiglie a breve distanza dalle spiagge di Woolacombe o Ilfracombe, Croyde e dintorni. È posizionato perfettamente lontano dalle folle folle ma con facile accesso al meglio del North Devon.

Brilliant location. Did the walk to the beach which was beautiful around 30 mins to get there. Pubs in Georgeham excellent went to the Kings Arms for sunday roast lovely food and very accommodating.
Ivycott was well equipped, beds very comfortable. Grounds great had some nice moments of just sitting in the sun

This is our third stay at Ivycott and it was so good to return - we felt at home the minute we unlocked the front door.
It is a lovely spacious property with comfortable bedrooms and great facilities- everything one needs for a relaxing break.
Location is perfect.
We can't wait to stay again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at IVYCOTT ,with family It is a very spacious ,clean and well equipped house .it's Location is rural but there is a public pathway next door to the property which leads into woolacombe but not ideal for prams .We thought it was good value for the money and we enjoyed our stay

Really enjoyed our stay. House was lovely and had everything you need. In an ideal location for exploring the area. Is in a beautiful location. Don't let the farm nearby put you off as we didn't hear a thing, not sure if it's still used. Plenty of spaces to sit in the garden. Would happily stay again.

Great sized property for a family of 4 plus large dog. Gardens were beautiful and location a short drive from Woolacombe. The house catered for all our needs and plenty of room to spread out and chill after exploring the north Devon towns and beaches.

The property looked good on the web site and did not disappoint. It is a spacious, comfortable house (especially the beds) with everything you need for a great holiday. The house location is also excellent being able to get to several lovely beaches and coastal walks without being stuck in traffic in a honeypot location it's self. We enjoyed the 'extras' table tennis and darts in the garage and the outdoor furniture (although not used too much due to the weather). Certainly hope to return at some time.

Our stay at Ivycott was, quite simply, amazing. A really lovely spacious house with bags of character & a wonderfully relaxed, homely feel.
Extremely well equipped kitchen, cosy living areas, comfy spacious bedrooms - all spotlessly clean and well laid out.
It was fun having the games room and having the garage to.dry surf equipment was very useful.
The garden is beautiful.
We didn't want to leave! Would we go back? Without a doubt.

Family holiday
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivycott. Especially the Games room and Summer House. It was large enough for everyone to do their own thing or sit comfortably round the table and, most importantly, several dog friendly beaches nearby.

I found the property to be spacious and very clean.Ample parking for six or more cars,the garden and outside spaces ideal,internally all the rooms were very well presented.Definitely go back

Great location and very comfortable
We stayed at Ivycott last year and enjoyed it just as much this year! Great location, comfortable and cosy. Missed some cushions in the lounge, downstairs toilet seat needed sorting and we had to clean windows to see the lovely views but these are small things in what is a fabulous house and lovely gardens. We'll be back hopefully again!

Great family property with everything needed for a nice family holiday.
Good facilities and garage turned into a good games room for table tennis etc.
Some of the property maybe a little tired with the garden house certainly not in any kind of condition to use.
Clean and spacious with lots of parking and in a good location for walking to Woolacombe over the fields off the roads.
Certainly recommend the property to others.

The toilet and bathroom doors could benefit from locks. It would have been nice to receive a small welcome package on arrival, including bread and milk etc. We enjoyed the games room in the garage. The garden was nice but was generally not child friendly, we were aware of this before we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our time at Ivycott.

Poor standards , faults in all 3 toilets, smelly and dirty, garden unkempt
On complaining to HHH ,they passed the buck to owners who set out to attack, rather than sympathise and correct.
They live abroad and don’t see the property themselves

A lovely property!
We enjoyed our stay at Ivycott. It was clean and had very comfortable beds. We liked the spacious kitchen which had everything you could think of in it! The facilities were very good and we made full use of the games room and basket ball hoop! The large parkjng area was very welcome.
Shame the garden wasn't totally enclosed for dogs but we enjoyed the winding paths and very well stocked garden.
Would love to stay again!

Five star accommodation and excellent service from Holiday Home Hunter
We had a really enjoyable holiday at Ivycott. A very spacious cottage, large double bedrooms with an ideal layout for a family and plenty of room for everyone. A short drive into Woolacombe or a 30 minute walk down the adjoining footpath if you feel like a bit of exercise. Excellent facilities and plenty of games in the garage/ gamesroom. Lovely garden and plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

Great for a family holiday
Ivycott is a lovely house with plenty of room for family or friends to utilise. All rooms are spacious and well furnished.
The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you may need.
The garden is extensive and well stocked with shrubs and bushes, making it ideal for relaxing or playing hide and seek in.
Garden furniture and BBQ are all provided.
We will definitely return and stay again.

Excellent base for Woolacombe
Excellent property with a lovely walk through the fields to Woolacombe. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was it stated secure gardens for dogs but we didn't think it was as there were openings where the dogs could of got out. Even so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

A large very well equipped house in a good location
Found the house just as described A great space with good sized rooms with character. Kitchen was really well equipped with lots of utensils and crockery. Nice touches of bits and pieces available - chargers, binoculars stuff for the dog etc. The games room in the garage has loads of stuff useful for families e.g. folding chairs ,windbreak even buckets and spade along with the games equipment.
Garden is pretty and interesting but is steep in parts which may not suit everyone. There is a lovely path down into Woolacombe just at the side of the property. Even if you don't want to walk all the way down into town its worth a quick walk for the views.
Only criticism would be that currently there isn't a good outside area equipped for outdoor dinning close to the house.

Ivycott is a lovely warm spacious house , which made our stay in woolacombe very enjoyable and relaxing .an added bonus was that there is a public path next to the house which enabled us to walk into woolacombe .

Ivycott near Woolacombe
Well appointed property located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Woolacombe and it's fabulous beach. Our dog loved it. A spacious property with good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. The only downside was the oversized and uncomfortable lounge seating - no good for posture or bad backs. The outside space is large and quirky with winding pathways on it's sloping landscape leading to a number of hidden spaces. There is a rundown summerhouse crammed full of outside furniture which was diificult to extract so we used our own portable seating which wasn't a disaster because when the weather is good you're at the beach. Overall, a good time was spent at Ivycott.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivycott. The house was well equipped, showers were powerful and the beds were really comfy!
As soon as we walked in we felt “at home” rather than in a holiday cottage.

wonderful stay at ivycott
ivycott is a lovely house in a very pleasant rural location - it is very comfortable indeed and very well equipped we would recommend staying here. there is a path to the beach - but need to drive if taking equipment etc to the beach.
