Casa Perlasca is a cosy and brand new apartment, located in an historical, beautifully decorated building of the beginning of the XX century. It's a bright and welcoming environment with colourfull touches. Situated in a good neighborhood, just few meters away from groceries, bakeries, restaurants and the nearest public boat's jetty is 10 minutes away by feet.
The apartment can confortably accomodate 6 people. It's composed by one spacious livingroom with a fully equipped kitchen, two separated bedroom with single beds that on occasion can become double beds, and on a mezzanine reachable by a ladder other two single beds, one bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Air condition is present in all rooms and spaces.
A private parking space is available at request but it has to be booked in advance.
All the single beds can be composed to become double bed on request
