The patio view, beach access and the surrounding community were all awesome

The villa has a great view. We watched the deer and the dolphins. There were several shrimp boats that passed by. The beach was fantastic!

We love this place so much that when we stay here it feels like "home". We love the convenient location with easy access to the beach, and Kiawah Village. It is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities (like the beach chairs, the washer and dryer, and the second bathroom), make staying here a real joy and a pleasure

Once again, we’ve enjoyed our vacation at this location. The beach, dolphins, pelicans, and sunsets make for spectacular memories. The company is attentive and responsive. We can wait to return!

The amenities and ease of access and clear communication that we experienced were wonderful! All of our linens were fresh and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The bed and all the seating, including the chairs on the back porch, were very comfortable! We didn't use the hide-a-bed, so I can't speak to that, though.
We were able to take a short walk out the back door directly to beautiful sunsets and sounds of the ocean.
Seabrook Island and the surrounding area was clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay!

Our trip to Seabrook Island was exactly what we needed! The villa was clean and had more than enough space for us. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Each morning we would wake up and watch the deer as we ate breakfast. Then we used the private beach access right outside our door to walk by the ocean where we saw dolphins each and every day. We can’t wait to come back!

This unit was very nicely decorated and the view from the deck was fantastic. I have never given a bad review but I wish someone had notified the property manager that mold was growing in the air vents....bathrooms and kitchen . Also mold was growing under the bathroom sink. She came the next day and took pictures and she offered to get a team out there to see what they could do but since our stay was so short we did not want to put up with the chemical smells which would be involved. This is not something which occurred overnight and I am surprised it has not been addressed. Hopefully everything will now be handled and the next tenants will have a better experience. It has the potential to be a terrific vacation rental.

We love this location and have stayed in different locations. This one did not disappoint! Clean and the view was amazing. We saw wildlife on land and water every single day. Would def stay again!!

The Villa was just as described. It was well-equipped. The view from the balcony was outstanding. We watched some of the best sunsets. The walk to the beach was an easy walk. The beach was never crowded.

We had a great stay in the spacious, clean condo. Location was perfect, just steps from the beach where dolphins played all afternoon.

The condo was truly amazing, very nice and beautifully decorated! The view of the sunset over the ocean, from the balcony, was incredible! Everything I needed was there. I would definitely LOVE to stay here again in the very near future and I'd highly recommend it to anyone that loves the beach and beachfront property. It really was amazing!

The view and beach access was wonderful, the condo was comfortable and it is very convenient. My husband and I stayed there and the extra full bathroom was nice. We've been to the area several times and enjoy the quiet beach and bike rides.

Beautiful view, good bed, up a couple flights of steps, good A/C, good TV, sofas a bit broken down, was perfect for the two of us, attended a meeting on Kiawah- took less than 15 min to drive over there.

Wonderful place for a "get away"
We truly loved our week here. The views were beautiful. We loved seeing the deer from the patio in the morning and evenings. The evening sunsets from the beach and patio coupled with the dolphins putting on a show was amazing. We cannot wait to return. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Bob and Joan

A Relaxing Retreat
My husband and I enjoyed this perfectly located place. The beach, with the dolphins and pelicans, brought much quiet reflection and entertainment. The awning made deck time a pleasure! We’ll be back!

This was a nice stay, but some things need to be updated. Most of the plugs didn't work and the couch was very worn.
Bed was very comfortable. Very low water pressure in the master bath. Very nice views from the balcony.

Seabrook Paradise
I have been going to Seabrook/St. Christopher’s since 1873, my daughter since 1982, and it is forever a paradise. This Pelican Watch balcony, along with the table and swivel chairs, provided a front row seat to spectacular sunsets and views of the full moon and stars in the early morning. The king size bed was quite comfy, the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The sofa and love seat were pretty worn and saggy in the middle, but we were mostly outside or asleep during our stay. We’ll be back!

A beautiful spot on the beach. Easy access. One of the best beds I've ever slept in, need to know what mattress that is. :)The ONLY thing was the patio furniture. It needs to be junked. It's completely rusted out, rips, tears, a break in the middle of the table. It just needs to be gone. Other than that, a great stay!

Beautiful View
The view was beautiful and it was very clean. The sofabed was so uncomfortable that our daughter went to a hotel the next night. Needs updated.
