We had an amazing experience. The home is beautiful. A great family getaway. We enjoyed our time and will definitely return next year.

House is right on the beach and not a far walk from the bars and restaurants. The deck is a perfect place to relax. The layout of the house is great with the bedrooms in the four corners of the house with their own bathrooms. House could use a thorough cleaning and a few more amenities in the kitchen as well as things like beach chairs or beach towels but overall it was a great stay.

House was clean and comfortable for mine and friends families. Great views and great location. All you could ask for for a vacation stay!!

This is our second year staying here and it was perfect! Just as it was a year ago. We love watching the ocean all day and my husband and daughter were able to surf. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Big deck facing the beach, 4.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms were great, nice big open kitchen/living/dining room.

This was the perfect beach house for our family. We absolutely loved the layout of the house, with each bedroom at each corner of the house with their own private bathroom, kitchen and living room, and the center of the home. The back porch was a perfect setting to overlook the ocean and sunset. Everything was clean and well kept. We hope to come back here soon again!

From the moment we walked it, we were amazed, the breathtaking view of the ocean greets your eyes as you step in, then you see the high end features of a wonderful custom kitchen. Every bedroom has its own personal bathroom, there is still a half bath for visiting guests and such. The ocean is just a couple steps off the deck which makes it nice to get right to the beach and enjoy the island. Center of town is a couple quick blocks walk to get there, where you can find great food, friendly locals, and the pier. We will be back and this house raised the bar for what we are looking for. The management team was very responsive and quick to respond to questions as well.

Great location. On the beach close to downtown but not too close. Beautiful view and easy beach access. Private family rooms with a comfy central livingroom/kitchen!

We loved the cleanliness of this home. It was in the best spot for waves. Very private with a great set up and porch!

We loved the house for our girls weekend. It had plenty of rooms/beds for our group and the living area was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is spectacular and the large porch was so nice to sit and enjoy the view! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed at same house for 5 - 6 years! Perfect for our group

This is the fourth year that four empty nester couples rented this home. We love the layout, as the four bedrooms with full baths are at the four corners of the house. There is a large kitchen and living area in the middle. It's a perfect place for group activities with the ability to have private space. Unfortunately, the condition of the house is declining with each visit. The stairs that were falling down last summer have been replaced and that is a big plus. However, in one bathroom the shower backs up, bringing sand with it. There was a 4 - 6" swath of red mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. This was also the case last summer so the slow running drain has not been addressed. In one of the bedrooms the blinds were broken, and a blanket was nailed up over the window. I won't go into the various other broken light fixtures, etc. I know I don't understand how difficult it must be to maintain a rental beach house. The weather, salt, and guests who may not treat it as if it were their own, make the maintenance an ongoing issue. However, the cost of renting this home has increased very significantly since our first visit and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect shower curtains without a layer of mold and window treatments that aren't nailed to the wall. We are seeking other accommodations for summer 2023.

My 6 guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Summertime! The home is very cozy and well stocked with all the amenities. Our contact person was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any issues. You get a great home to stay in, but what you’re really paying for is a first class view of the ocean! This beach house went beyond our expectations with a beautiful view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The layout was excellent for family time with lots of extras including a gathering room and sitting nooks for quiet time. It was obvious the property has been updated.

It was a perfect getaway for boys 40th birthday party. Very short walking distance to all the entertainment and perfect entry to the beach

We had a wonderful time on Folly Beach. The house was perfect! Great layout, clean and the location was great. Check in and check out was easy! We will be back!!

Our party of 8 (4 couples) loved gathering in this lovely home with many amenities and lots of room to relax and party! Best of all we were right on the beach and close to both fun Folly Beach and historic Charleston with lots of good options to keep us entertained and exploring!

This was the quintessential, relaxing beach house a just like it looks like in the pictures. No super frills just clean, all the amenities necessary, very comfortable, and good location. It is exactly what it listed plus some…,and the ocean views were spectacular!

Great location!

Summertime is a roomy beach house with great views of the ocean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Plenty of room for meals and hanging out as a family. Convenient location and short walk to restaurants etc.

The house was very spacious and clean. One of the bathrooms had little to no water pressure and the outdoor deck needs some work. The most disappointing part was the picnic tables on the deck were unusable. They were falling apart with rusty nails exposed. Paying what we did a night for this house you should have tables on the deck the guests can use.

Love the full beach view and large common area down the center of the house!

It’s the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars on Folly. The common space was massive as well as the kitchen. We loved it.

First off, the view is spectacular and the location cannot be beat! We walked to town several times and enjoyed visiting Bert's Market which was very close. The bedrooms were spacious, and each had their own bathroom. We were able to congregate comfortably in the kitchen and in the living room. We would definitely return!!!

Had a wonderful time. The inside of the house was so nice-room for everyone and so pretty. The outside needs some work. the railing going to the beach was wobbly. The deck is in need of a nice stain. I would definitely go back.
