The location was perfect, and the unit, upon arrival, looked very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The kitchen was stocked with some basic necessities. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked well.
Suggestions:
The kitchen could use some baking sheets, a new can opener, a spatula, a paring knife, and pot holders. Add a TV for at least 1 bedroom. Parking is not easy. The parking area is hard to get in and out of if you are not the first one to park. (which is explained in the check-in process.) You can park in the street.
Upon checking out and doing a final walk-through, including gathering towels and cleaning, I found something in one of the kitchen drawers by the sink. I took a picture and sent it to the text host phone number, but I did not receive a response.

Owner has excellent communication skills and provides detailed instructions on getting there and parking. Unit was clean and in a great location. He provided a plethora of information with a sense of humor in the binder left in the unit for places to eat and visit. It is a nice touch and very much appreciated. We have no complaints about him or the apartment. The upstairs neighbors, not sure if they are long term tenants or short term renters, were very loud during our stay to include slamming doors and arguing. This is no fault of the owner and can happen wherever you stay. We would stay here again due to the overall positive experience.

It was a perfect property for my daughter, Dad and I to stay at while we were in town for a cheer competition. It was comfortable, easy to access, great communication with owner and a great location to the convention center where she was competing! If we end up back in OKC for a comp we would stay there again.

This stay was easy to get to with a great private parking area. Although quite basic, the beds were comfortable and it has nice kitchen/living/dining area for staying with family. It’s conveniently located on the ground level of the complex for easy entry with luggage. However, residents on the upper floor did make it a bit noisy. All in all, we would stay here again.

My friend and I are both in our 40s, mothers, wives and I'm also a grandmother. We needed a weekend to just get away and relax. This is exactly what we needed! Very quite and convenient to good food! We watched movies, ordered food and just chilled. Perfect weekend! Thank you for helping us achieve that!

This was by far the VERY WORSE property that we have had 2 deal with over the past 10 years. Who CHARGES a DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN for a stay he didn't stay? This property owner is absolutely TERRIBLE....do not stay here!! He refuses to work with us!! Soooo very disappointed in this place. Will NEVER even try to book here ever again and will make sure everyone we know - knows not to stay here!!

I had to come to get some equipment to pick up and brouvht my father with me because he grew up in Oklahoma. Not only did we have a great time in the city, the apartment was just perfect for the two of us. It actually almost felt like we were walking into home when returning. Very clean , super easy to communicate. Just a nice experience all together. Thanks again. We will be back soon. Were going to plan on it.

Stayed here to craft and watch movies with my daughter for a few days. Comfortable pillowtop beds and towels and lots of pans and utensils in the kitchen.
This is an older property so if you stay on the first floor, expect to hear some noise from upstairs neighbors and/or neighboring dogs. That said, while the property owner could work on his customer service manners, any problems we had (non-working lightbulbs and TV) was remedied within 24 hours.

This is a great little place. Was perfect for a one night visit to OKC with a friend. Suggestions to consider: If you are driving a large vehicle or pick-up you'll need to park in the street as the parking spaces are very tiny. with no room to maneuver (no other vehicles when I was there, thank goodness). If you are staying for an extended period of time (i.e. for work assignment) you'll need to bring your own hangars. I'd definitely plan to use this site again for a future visit!

Women's College World Series - 2022
The property was perfectly located for our purpose. Short drive to the Softball Hall of Fame, as well as downtown. It was a quiet location. Parking was a little challenging due to the previous flood issues, but not horrible. Overall, very happy with this property!

This was the perfect place for my father and I to stay while attending a softball tournament! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Check in and out process was one of the easiest I have ever experienced. Great place!

The location and facilities were both good. Parking and access were good. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were spare pillows provided, but no pillow cases. The instructions for using the television could be more detailed. All in all, it was a good visit.
