The location of the condo and the cleanliness of the condo and the complex; would rebook and recommend.

Perfect for two. Cozy & clean. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all walkable!

You couldn't find a better location. close to the beach and shops and restaurants across the street. No need to move the car once you're there. It is, however, small, not suitable for ore than two.

Overall, the condo was fine.

The checkin was said to be grab info from a box but you waited in a line for a while when the info was not in outside box. Condo needs updating. Weathered and worn. Uneven floors. Location was great. Dirty curtains.

My husband and 2 sons (12 and 10) stayed in this condo and after reading many reviews to find a place, I knew I wanted to leave a review for our stay, to hopefully help others. Especially since I saw a few negative reviews about this place and it surprised me because it’s a nice place! Pros: - Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops! - Condo is just as it’s described. The pics do it justice - Checking in and out were easy - Plenty of towels and bedding for pull out couch provided - I liked the details of having the little “tables” by the queen bed to put things, since there is no room for night stand - Despite being in a popular area, noise was never a problem. - Did I mention location? Being so close to the beach was a huge perk for us. Pool being right on the beach was great for kids who love going back and fourth. Cons: I hate mentioning cons because overall I would def book this again but a few things I felt needed improving - Queen size bed is hard as a rock. My husband likes harder mattresses typically and even he complained this one was too hard and our backs paid the price. A mattress topper would help tremendously! - No real good place for women to get ready, since bathroom sink is small and if other guest are needing to shower. Maybe a big mirror in the living room would help. - Outlets in bedroom wouldn’t hold plugs, they fell out easily. - It would be nice if a few beach chairs were included in the stay. Every other condo we have rented usually provides chairs and a few beach toys, in case you didn’t travel with any. Overall it was a great stay. We are a pretty low maintenance family, so having a small condo with a pull out bed, is all we needed and it being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants was so nice. If we come back, we will def consider staying here again, especially if they can make the queen mattress a little softer.

The Breakers is a great condo and we enjoyed our stay with Vacasa. The condo its self was very well decorated. First level was great, great view of pool and partial beach view (what we could view over palm trees). Great location central to Coligny, the beach, Celebration Park for our children and great local restaurants all within walking distance. We flew down and had no need for a rental car. We were able to Uber to a few places that were outside of our walking range. But for the most part we walked and had no trouble navigating area surrounding the condo. We will stay again!

We stay at the breakers every year since 2020. We love this place and it is so close to everything you need within walking distance. This particular unit had everything you need and a great view.

Size was just perfect for two. Clean and convenient to the beach and shopping. One problem was trying to get ahold of someone . The mini coffee pot blew sparks out of the on switch. I tried to notify someone but to no avail. Hopefully they will throw it away. Thankfully no injuries. I would stay there again.

Great location just a few steps from the beach and Coligny shopping & dinning. Updated interior that was comfortable and functional for two adults. Not the greatest balcony view looking directly over the parking lot but a fine place for a morning coffee before heading to the water.

Beach front, and everything you need is within walking distance

Everything was amazing it was all walking distance from the condo. The only problem we had was lack of communication from the owners. We didn’t know any check in step until the day of and same with the check out. Not being able to communicate with the owners wasn’t the greatest but everything else was nice!!!

The unit was very clean, and with convenient access to the beach and the town amenities. Check in and check out was super easy! I will most definitively recommend it.

Property is as pictured but here’s what pictures do not show. You can hear everything from the people in the unit above and it’s like they never stopped running, jumping, moving furniture, etc… The building is old so maybe not as sound proof as newer buildings? Also, the bedroom would never cool off. It felt 20 degrees warmer which made it very difficult to get comfortable and sleep. I would not stay here again.

Loved the location. Easy access to shopping/restaurants and the beach. Balcony looks out over the pool and beach. Home was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent proximity to beach, shops, and restaurants! Next to public access, so probably a bit crowded for some people...but we still found it quiet and plenty of room on the beach to stay socially distanced. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Bedroom is tiny, but they have made excellent use of space with a built in closet/storage system. My only concern was the deadbolt that was not functioning on the front door. I would have felt safer being able to use that when in the condo, hopefully this can be addressed for the future.

The condo was just the right size for the two of us. Liked the beach decor. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Loved the built-ins around the bed. The only drawback was the owners/visitors in the condo above us. Extremely noisy. Constantly sounded like they were moving furniture all day long and dropping things on the floor.

The unit appeared just like pictures, but I wish the pics had odor detection. The first thing we noticed when we opened the door is that the unit had occupied by smokers recently, and they ignored the rule on smoking. The unit smelled like a wet ashtray. Seconds after that, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working, the unit was 90 degrees and 100% humidity. Vacasa was unable (or didn't even try) to find us other accommodations, so we left after one miserable day.

Super cute . Perfect space for 2 but too small for more. Not as clean as I would’ve liked and had to report some repair needs to management as soon as we arrived so I wouldn’t be held liable. It would have been nice to have pool information for the property and beach chair rental information provided to the renter. The view was of the pool, not “exactly” the ocean, although technically you could see “some” ocean. I really appreciated the dish towels, paper towels , dish washer and washing pods. Those definitely came in handy. I also really liked the little unit instructional signs affixed to the walls. The proximity to the beach was great and the stairs to the unit were easy to maneuver. This will definitely be a unit I consider a return visit to.

The location is prime for Hilton Head. We parked our car at the Breakers and only drove 1 time. So much in walking distance! The property is older, but they have remodeled the inside which is nice. They leave you the starter necessities such as detergent, hair products, and dish soap which is great. On the other hand, there would be easy things to remedy that would make it much nicer, The porch furniture is falling apart, some of the light bulbs were burnt out, and the ceiling fans were dirty. We had 4 people in the condo, but if you are staying more than a few days, I'd suggest a larger property or fewer people because it is pretty cramped. I would definitely stay at the Breakers and this property again.
