dealing with Vacasa

The unit was furnished beautifully, but needed to be cleaned better.

The unit was very dirty and I had to do my own cleaning in order to get as comfortable as possible.

I liked the view of the Gulf, being on the quiet end of Panama City Beach, being near the grocery store, the beach access, the quality of the appliances, and the smart TV.

I didn't like how hard the master bed was or the disrepair of the beach access gate. It locked us out so that we couldn't get off the beach and back to the condo. My husband ended up entering the code on the Condo side of the gate in order to open it. It was a little difficult to do.

Only 2 beds and no sleeper sofa. Was supposed to have 3 beds. On 3rd floor no elevator and bedrooms on 4th floor

The condo was clean and comfortable.

Check in was too later, and check out was too early. There wasn’t an iron in the unit.

The view was good

First thing that I didn't like was that we had to tote our luggage up 5 flights of stair. According to description given there was supposed to be an elevator available. 2nd on our 2nd morning there we were woken up by a jack hammer outside my window, then upon getting up there was no water. Had an appointment that we had to reschedule. When we called about this we were told that someone would call us back in a hour, but they never did. Then on that same evening, there was some kind of varment in the ceiling trying to climb out of access panel into our condo. When we called to get help the guy that took the call didn't seem concerned that something was trying to come in condo with us. Told us that they would call us back in an hour, which we had already been told this, so we really weren't counting on that.

My families first time staying here. Very clean facilities comfortable beds, full kitchen with everything you need. Pool area was great and very well maintained. Right on the beach, in a quiet area. Was great to set on balcony and enjoy my coffee every morning. Will definitely say here again.
