The location, across from the beach, was good. Liked having a full kitchen and a balcony. Good parking.
Dealing with Booking,com and Vacasa. They were horrible. I could not get the information I needed and had to call them many times, still with no results. I asked for a first-floor room, as I am disabled, and they could not accommodate me. Very difficult for me to get my luggage to the room. I asked to check in before 4:00, as it was raining when I arrived at Santa Rosa Beach. They said no. Location is on a very busy street and difficult to get in and out. Beach had many stairs to get up and down. This was difficult for me. I am a senior and travel a lot. I have never not enjoyed a vacation, until this one.

Location in cleanliness.
Several pieces of the wooden deck walkway were getting worn and torn. My husband got a splinter on his foot…But he should’ve worn shoes anyhow! 😆

Location is good. But the facility is kind of old. No hair dryer
Update the facility, need a hair dryer. I have started in many places, never had one without a hair dryer.

I like that it was clean. That it was it a great location with easy beach access. Close to many places to eat and walk to, including Seaside. It had all the amenities I needed to make for an enjoyable stay.
The patio furniture was worn out. The bathroom needed some general maintenance (above shower enclosure wall is deteriorating) and needs updating. The lighting in the bathroom was not adequate enough to put on makeup although I do appreciate the makeup mirror being provided. With possibly only $1000 the owner could really make this a gem. New lighting (especially in the bathroom), new plastic Adirondacks on patio, new cabinet door fronts not even the whole cabinets just the door fronts, new dishwasher. Also painting the interior a less party shade of blue and the place would be great!

It’s close to the beach.
We don’t like Vacasa!!! I booked this trip all the way back in July, for September. We live in Ky. We came all this way thinking we were getting two queen beds & a pull out couch. Instead we got one queen & the pull out couch. There’s 4 adults & one child. When we called about our room not being what was pictured m, all they offered us was to get our money back & to go somewhere else, which no one wants to waste time on vacation to look for another room when you thought you had everything you needed anyway. Then they offered to move us but WE had to pay the difference in the rooms. Or we could just deal with what we had. They were very rude!!!! I’ll never use Vacasa EVER again. False advertising!!!

Bathroom was not clean properly. Tub was not clean . There were beach chair on the porch under sitting chairs. Sofa needed to be clean.

We had two deaths in our families and could not come down to the resort. Would like to have our money back since we did not get to enjoy it due to funerals.

The location was amazing!
The only negative I have, is that the coffee maker did not work. But, as soon as I made them aware, they showed up with a brand new one!

The cleaning could have been better the tub had hair in it from the previous renter and the feel wasn’t super cozy other than that it was good for the price and location
